Od klidn\u00e9ho st\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e po rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed jemn\u00fdch nuanc\u00ed v poloze holen\u00ed p\u0159i stranov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. Ne\u0161kod\u00ed proto si \u010das od \u010dasu p\u0159ipomenout n\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00e1sady.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Cayenne\" src=\"http:\/\/galerie.lupi.cz\/albums\/cayenne\/small_img_0467.sized.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">U\u010den\u00ed je specifick\u00e1 aktivita, kter\u00e1 vede ke z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed a osvojen\u00ed nov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed, dovednost\u00ed a jej\u00edm\u017e d\u016fsledkem jsou zm\u011bny v chov\u00e1n\u00ed jedince. Tyto zm\u011bny jsou zpravidla (\u010dasto na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed pro n\u00e1s) vratn\u00e9. Schopnost a ochota k u\u010den\u00ed je u r\u016fzn\u00fdch jedinc\u016f r\u016fzn\u00e1, s v\u011bkem se zpravidla sni\u017euje. Do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry ji m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd (zv\u00ed\u0159e i \u010dlov\u011bk), umo\u017e\u0148uje toti\u017e lep\u0161\u00ed adaptaci organismu na prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zvy\u0161uje \u0161ance k p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. M\u00e1-li b\u00fdt u\u010den\u00ed efektivn\u00ed a nest\u00e1t se tr\u00e1pen\u00edm v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch, je pot\u0159eba si neust\u00e1le uv\u011bdomovat, pro\u010d se zv\u00ed\u0159ata u\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Jednodu\u0161e proto, aby z\u00edskali ur\u010dit\u00e9 pohodl\u00ed a vyhnuli se nepohodl\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm principem u\u010den\u00ed je, \u017ee reakc\u00edm, kter\u00e9 vedou k ohro\u017een\u00ed (ohro\u017euje i bolest a vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed) se jedinec vyh\u00fdb\u00e1, zat\u00edmco ty, kter\u00e9 vedou k uspokojen\u00ed pot\u0159eb a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho pocitu, m\u00e1 tendenci opakovat. P\u0159i z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9m u\u010den\u00ed se tedy v\u017edy vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 znep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bn\u00ed a zt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho a (nebo) vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed, pos\u00edlen\u00ed a zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho. Aplikace pak m\u016f\u017ee kol\u00edsat od striktn\u00edho uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed technik &#8222;cukr a bi\u010d&#8220; a\u017e po nastavov\u00e1n\u00ed situac\u00ed tak, \u017ee manipulace, nebo chcete-li veden\u00ed (a\u0165 u\u017e  zv\u00ed\u0159ete nebo d\u00edt\u011bte) nen\u00ed patrn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">A\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee jezdci se na kon\u011b zlob\u00ed, \u017ee nepln\u00ed jejich po\u017eadavky, jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee jim to d\u011blaj\u00ed naschv\u00e1l, \u017ee jsou l\u00edn\u00ed, necht\u011bj\u00ed pracovat, nebo jsou dokonce zlomysln\u00ed a z\u00e1ludn\u00ed. Skute\u010dnost je ale v\u017edy takov\u00e1, \u017ee zv\u00ed\u0159e jen vol\u00ed cestu nejmen\u0161\u00edho nepohodl\u00ed a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho pohodl\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina tzv. l\u00edn\u00fdch, zlomysln\u00fdch a nespolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch kon\u00ed vznik\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed d\u016fvod\u016f: sp\u011bch a p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 n\u00e1roky; hrub\u00e9 chyby v posloupnosti v\u00fdcviku a neschopnost \u010dlov\u011bka sd\u011blit koni sv\u00e9 po\u017eadavky; a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00ed motivace v\u00edce ne\u017e pozitivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">P\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fd sp\u011bch nebo vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, \u017ee se zv\u00ed\u0159e dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do psychick\u00e9 i fyzick\u00e9 nepohody. Ono nejprve \u010dlov\u011bku vyhov\u00ed, ale d\u016fsledkem tohoto vyhov\u011bn\u00ed je nepohodl\u00ed, posl\u00e9ze \u00fanava, ztuhl\u00e9 svaly a bolest z p\u0159eta\u017een\u00ed. I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jezdec nezapom\u00edn\u00e1 chv\u00e1lit, fyzick\u00fd diskomfort je takov\u00fd, \u017ee v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 bilance je z\u00e1porn\u00e1 a zv\u00ed\u0159e je za spolupr\u00e1ci &#8222;odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1no&#8220; bolest\u00ed nebo vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm. Hled\u00e1 tedy jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se nepohodl\u00ed zbavit. Bu\u010fto se nau\u010d\u00ed podv\u00e1d\u011bt (v drezu\u0159e) nebo za\u010dne kl\u00e1st odpor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">V t\u00e9to souvislosti nen\u00ed od v\u011bci poznamenat, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 jinak ch\u00e1pe a tak\u00e9 m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 dispozice (zejm\u00e9na dnes v dob\u011b \u0161lecht\u011bn\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159at, ide\u00e1ln\u011b stav\u011bn\u00fdch so sportu). To co talentovan\u00fd a v\u00fdborn\u011b stav\u011bn\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 zvl\u00e1dne s\u00e1m a jakoby mimochodem b\u011bhem p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f se jin\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee u\u010dit a\u017e n\u011bkolik let. Tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed i pro jezdce. To co zku\u0161en\u00fd jezdec dok\u00e1\u017ee srozumiteln\u011b vysv\u011btlit koni b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika lekc\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b pokro\u010dil\u00fd bude vysv\u011btlovat nepom\u011brn\u011b d\u00e9le. Je-li jeho vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed pro kon\u011b nejasn\u00e9, bude k\u016f\u0148 d\u00e9le t\u00e1pat, ne\u017e metodou pokusu a omylu najde spr\u00e1vnou reakci. Dlu\u017eno ale \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee toto sice v\u00fdcvikov\u00fd proces zpomaluje, ale samo o sob\u011b neznemo\u017e\u0148uje a nelze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee by kon\u011b &#8222;kazilo&#8220;. Co jej ale &#8222;kaz\u00ed&#8220;, je n\u00e1tlak a trest, jeho\u017e v\u00fdznam k\u016f\u0148 nech\u00e1pe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Pouze pozitivn\u00ed motivace?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 je ot\u00e1zka, zda je mo\u017en\u00fd v\u00fdcvik na b\u00e1zi \u00fapln\u00e9 dobrovolnosti, pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b pozitivn\u00ed motivace. Jen tak bychom toti\u017e mohli mluvit o skute\u010dn\u011b nen\u00e1siln\u00e9m v\u00fdcviku. Jist\u011b\u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9, aby se t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem zv\u00ed\u0159e u\u010dilo, jeho reakce ale pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nebudou spolehliv\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u016fsoben\u00ed siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho podn\u011btu (nap\u0159. n\u00e1hl\u00e9ho odchodu ostatn\u00edch kon\u00ed). Britsk\u00e1 psycholo\u017eka Moyra Williams popsala svou zku\u0161enost s v\u00fdcvikem &#8222;nepopsan\u00e9&#8220; t\u0159\u00edlet\u00e9 klisny, j\u00ed\u017e se od po\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00fdcviku rozhodla ovl\u00e1dat pouze doteky v oblasti kohoutku (kohoutek zvolila proto, \u017ee je jedn\u00edm z nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00edst na t\u011ble kon\u011b).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Klisna byla velmi ch\u00e1pav\u00e1 a nau\u010dit ji spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm reakc\u00edm nebyl probl\u00e9m. Ov\u0161em: &#8222;Probl\u00e9m se ne\u010dekan\u011b vyno\u0159il naprosto jinde. Bylo j\u00edm prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed poslu\u0161nosti. Nona sice velmi brzy zvl\u00e1dala m\u016fj zp\u016fsob v\u00fdcviku, ob\u010das si ale prost\u011b d\u011blala, co cht\u011bla. Kdy\u017e se pom\u016fcka k obratu neli\u0161ila od jej\u00edho vlastn\u00edho \u00famyslu, reagovala ochotn\u011b a zna\u010dn\u011b rychle. Pokud v\u0161ak byla pr\u00e1v\u011b jin\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru, p\u0159estala na moji pom\u016fcku br\u00e1t ohled a j\u00e1 jsem nem\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dnou mo\u017enost j\u00ed v tom zabr\u00e1nit. K\u00e1r\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nebylo spojeno s bolest\u00ed, m\u011blo na Nonu je\u0161t\u011b men\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek ne\u017e na tvrdohlav\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b a j\u00e1 jsem byla brzy nedobrovoln\u011b prohn\u00e1na p\u0159es pole, pod stromy a p\u0159es cesty a odnesena do st\u00e1j\u00ed.&#8220;(1)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Pokud bychom cht\u011bli b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b nen\u00e1siln\u00ed, museli bychom ve\u0161ker\u00e9 na\u0161e po\u017eadavky ladit tak, aby nebyly v rozporu s pot\u0159ebami zv\u00ed\u0159ete. V\u00fdhodou v\u00fdcviku, zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na \u010dist\u011b pozitivn\u00ed motivaci, by byl \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, uvoln\u011bn\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 s chut\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce. Nev\u00fdhodou je del\u0161\u00ed doba v\u00fdcviku a mal\u00e1 spolehlivost. P\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed i negativn\u00ed motivace, ov\u0161em st\u00e1le s p\u0159evahou pozitivn\u00ed, si ji\u017e k\u016f\u0148 rozmysl\u00ed, zda mu jeho vlastn\u00ed \u00famysly stoj\u00ed za riziko konfliktu s n\u00e1mi. Spolupracuje &#8211; i kdy\u017e znateln\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ochotn\u011b- i za situace, kdy by rad\u011bji d\u011blal n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Odm\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch reakc\u00ed pak vede k tomu, \u017ee se u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee spolupr\u00e1ce je pro n\u011bho v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 a negativn\u00ed motivace je st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b pot\u0159eba. Proto p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdcvikov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, jak &#8222;klasick\u00fdch&#8220;, tak &#8222;p\u0159irozen\u00fdch&#8220; vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jak motivace pozitivn\u00ed, tak negativn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Li\u0161\u00ed se svou p\u0159\u00edmo\u010darost\u00ed, sofistikovanost\u00ed i konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi technikami. Ne pod\u00edlem negativn\u00edho a pozitivn\u00edho. T\u00edm se li\u0161\u00ed pouze dobr\u00fd tren\u00e9r od \u0161patn\u00e9ho. Ten dobr\u00fd je takov\u00fd, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt motivace pozitivn\u00ed a tou negativn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159it, jak to jen jde. Co\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze s dobrou znalost\u00ed kon\u011b, p\u0159edv\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm jeho reakc\u00ed a zkrocen\u00edm vlastn\u00edho ega. Dostatek \u010dasu tak\u00e9 hraje svou roli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Motiva\u010dn\u00ed vylad\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Tento psychologick\u00fd term\u00edn neozna\u010duje nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e motiva\u010dn\u00ed stav, v n\u011bm\u017e se zv\u00ed\u0159e v dan\u00e9 chv\u00edli nach\u00e1z\u00ed a kter\u00fd do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry ur\u010duje, kter\u00e1 reakce se spust\u00ed.  V dob\u011b krmen\u00ed je zv\u00ed\u0159e vylad\u011bn\u00e9 jinak ne\u017e v dob\u011b poledn\u00ed siesty. Toto lad\u011bn\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje jeho chu\u0165 k pr\u00e1ci i jeho pohotovost ke konfliktu, predisponuje jej k tomu, zda bude vn\u00edmav\u00fd k po\u017eadavk\u016fm jezdce nebo se bude sna\u017eit jim vyhnout. U mlad\u00fdch kon\u00ed se proto doporu\u010duje br\u00e1t ohled na moment\u00e1ln\u00ed stav a vyhnout se tak zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm konflikt\u016fm. A je to jedna z prvn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed, na kterou je t\u0159eba p\u0159i v\u00fdcviku br\u00e1t z\u0159etel. Mnoho i star\u0161\u00edch kon\u00ed u\u017e samotn\u00fd jezdec na h\u0159bet\u011b vylad\u00ed k \u00fat\u011bkov\u00e9 pohotovosti, nebo naopak k &#8222;usnut\u00ed&#8220;. Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, kolik kon\u00ed je lekav\u00fdch pouze pod sedlem, pouze p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9m typu pr\u00e1ce nebo dokonce pouze pod ur\u010dit\u00fdm jezdcem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Motiva\u010dn\u00ed vylad\u011bn\u00ed je &#8222;p\u0159enosn\u00e9&#8220;. Stejn\u011b, jako se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mezi ko\u0148mi ve st\u00e1d\u011b, p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed se i mezi \u010dlov\u011bkem a kon\u011bm. \u017de b\u00e1zliv\u00fd jezdec d\u011bl\u00e1 b\u00e1zliv\u00e9ho kon\u011b je stejn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e1 pravda jako kr\u00e9do &#8222;ho\u010f srdce za p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku a k\u016f\u0148 sko\u010d\u00ed za n\u00edm&#8220;. Je proto nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby jezdec p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s kon\u011bm p\u016fsobil klidn\u011b, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u011b a pozitivn\u011b. Jen tak bude m\u00edt klidn\u00e9ho, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9ho a ochotn\u00e9ho kon\u011b. Navykne-li si zv\u00ed\u0159e, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce prob\u00edh\u00e1 v klidu a pohod\u011b, spoj\u00ed si tyto v\u011bci. Pak jej i v ru\u0161n\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pom\u016fcky uklidn\u00ed a vylad\u00ed do &#8222;pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1lady&#8220; (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry v z\u00e1vislosti na temperamentu a povahov\u00fdch charakteristik\u00e1ch).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Habituace cht\u011bn\u00e1 a necht\u011bn\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Habituace (n\u00e1vyk) je nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed formou u\u010den\u00ed. Je definov\u00e1na jako &#8222;pokles a\u017e vymizen\u00ed reakce na opakovan\u011b prezentovan\u00fd stejn\u00fd, neposilovan\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt.&#8220;(2) Takto si k\u016f\u0148 zvyk\u00e1 na tlak v\u00fdstroje, udidlo, v\u00e1hu jezdce i na neohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed podn\u011bty sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. Takto si k\u016f\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee zvyknout i na pom\u016fcky jezdce, pokud jim nerozum\u00ed a nejsou posilov\u00e1ny. Jak jsem ji\u017e uvedla v\u00fd\u0161e, cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed stoj\u00ed na posilov\u00e1n\u00ed pozitivn\u00edch reakc\u00ed a neposilov\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00edch. St\u00e1le stejn\u011b p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00e1 hole\u0148 ve v\u00fdcviku tedy vede k n\u00e1vyku kon\u011b a jej\u00edmu ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nen\u00ed-li c\u00edlem na\u0161eho v\u00fdcviku, aby se k\u016f\u0148 na danou v\u011bc navykl a p\u0159estal na ni reagovat, je pot\u0159eba jeho reakci v\u017edy odm\u011bnit alespo\u0148 chvilkovou \u00falevou od tlaku. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed tak k opa\u010dn\u00e9mu procesu, senzitizaci, zcitliven\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1douc\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed je odm\u011bn\u011bno a k\u016f\u0148 se vynasna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b reagovat stejn\u011b. Habituace a sensitizace jsou tedy dv\u011b formy u\u010den\u00ed, na nich\u017e je postaven jezdeck\u00fd v\u00fdcvik kon\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Jak je tedy patrn\u00e9, posilov\u00e1n\u00ed (a\u0165 ji\u017e pozitivn\u00ed nebo negativn\u00ed) br\u00e1n\u00ed habituaci. Mnoho probl\u00e9m\u016f vznik\u00e1 i z toho, \u017ee my bychom r\u00e1di kon\u011b na dan\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt (zvuk, situaci) habituovali, ale ono to nejde a nejde. Zpravidla proto, \u017ee jeho reakci na dan\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem posilujeme. Bu\u010fto t\u00edm, \u017ee se sami ob\u00e1v\u00e1me, nebo t\u00edm, \u017ee kon\u011b za jeho strach trest\u00e1me. On ov\u0161em netu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee je to trest za jeho strach a pova\u017euje p\u0159edm\u011bt za nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak zv\u00ed\u0159e na n\u011bco navyknout, je nereagovat.
