Jen m\u00e1lokdo ale v\u00ed, co vlastn\u011b rollkur je a pro\u010d je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n. \u010casto b\u00fdv\u00e1 zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n za ch\u016fzi za ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed nebo i za chvilkov\u00e9 ute\u010den\u00ed kon\u011b za ot\u011b\u017e. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek pros\u00edm neberte jako mou obhajobu rollkuru (to u m\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b nehroz\u00ed), ale jako snahu poskytnout ucelen\u00fd pohled na jeho problematiku v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupu FEI v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b. Zv\u00eddav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i najdou na konci seri\u00e1lu spoustu prostudov\u00e1n\u00ed hodn\u00fdch odkaz\u016f.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">N\u011bmeck\u00fd term\u00edn &#8222;rollkur&#8220;, kter\u00fdm byla tato technika pojmenov\u00e1na jako prvn\u00ed, ozna\u010duje v origin\u00e1le k\u00faru, j\u00ed\u017e se kdysi l\u00e9\u010dily \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. Nemocn\u00fd poz\u0159el l\u00e9k, po n\u011bm\u017e se bolest\u00ed kroutil na zemi, co\u017e, jak se v\u011b\u0159ilo, m\u011blo m\u00edt l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Pro p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 ohnut\u00ed krku byl tento n\u00e1zev pou\u017eit pot\u00e9, co byla p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to techniky jako prvn\u00ed p\u0159isti\u017eena (a zdokumentov\u00e1na) n\u011bmeck\u00e1 olympioni\u010dka Nicole Uphoff. Rollkur m\u00e1 ale z\u0159ejm\u011b star\u0161\u00ed ko\u0159eny. Jeho &#8222;vyn\u00e1lezcem&#8220; je pr\u00fd Fran\u00e7ois Baucher. Jeho zast\u00e1nci ale \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee Baucher toto &#8218;uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed&#8216; prov\u00e1d\u011bl pouze na stoj\u00edc\u00edm koni. \u010casto se v souvislosti s rollkurem zmi\u0148uje i jm\u00e9no Williama Cavendishe, v\u00e9vody z Newcastlu, kter\u00fd pr\u00fd vynalezl i pr\u016fvle\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Jemn\u00e9 d\u00edvky, zvl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed bujn\u00e9 o\u0159e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">A &#8222;novodob\u00e1&#8220; historie rollkuru? Opr\u00e1\u0161il jej v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech nikoli drezurn\u00ed, ale skokov\u00fd jezdec Alwin Schockem\u00f6hle, kter\u00fd p\u0159ehnan\u00e9ho ohnut\u00ed dociloval pr\u016fvle\u010dkami. Nav\u00e1zali drezurn\u00ed jezdci, prvn\u00ed ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 Nicole Uphoff (z\u00edskala s Rembrandtem zlato na olympi\u00e1d\u011b v roce 1988), posl\u00e9ze Isabell Werth a dal\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00ed. Tren\u00e9r Nicole, pan Harry Boldt k pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed rollkuru sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu \u0159ekl: &#8222;P\u0159ed takov\u00fdmi t\u0159iceti lety byste tato mlad\u00e1 d\u011bv\u010data nikdy nemohli vid\u011bt na \u0161pi\u010dce. Vezm\u011bte si t\u0159eba Gigola, je to ohromn\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 a aby byl pln\u011b pod kontrolou, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt poddajn\u00fd. Isabell a dr. Schulten-Baumer (<em>jej\u00ed tren\u00e9r &#8211; pozn. p\u0159ekl.<\/em>) na\u0161li zp\u016fsob, jak jej u\u010dinit poddajn\u00fdm. Na\u0161e generace jezdila kon\u011b st\u00e1le ve stejn\u00e9m dr\u017een\u00ed. Pro d\u00edvku, jako je Isabell Werth, by se tak tento k\u016f\u0148 stal p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00fdm.&#8220;(1)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-135\" src=\"http:\/\/lipinska.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/1010988.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" \/>Rollkur byl tedy p\u016fvodn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n proto, aby se mohutn\u00ed, temperamentn\u00ed drezurn\u00ed kon\u011b stali poddajn\u00fdmi a jezditeln\u00fdmi i pro m\u00e9n\u011b silov\u011b vybaven\u00e9 jezdce. Aby k\u016f\u0148 nez\u016fstal ztuhl\u00fd a zarolovan\u00fd, je t\u0159eba m\u00edt podle Harryho Boldta velmi jemnou ruku v pravou chv\u00edli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Virtuozity v pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed rollkuru ale dos\u00e1hli Holan\u010fan\u00e9. Anky van Grunsven, \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 olympioni\u010dka se sv\u00fdm partnerem Sjeffem Janssenem tuto metodu \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed mezi sv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky. Z nich\u017e je v sou\u010dasnosti nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Edward Gal a Imke Bartels-Schellekens. Ji\u017e se mluv\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b o tom, \u017ee p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 ohnut\u00ed krku je pot\u0159eba, aby jezdec kon\u011b zvl\u00e1dl, ale mluv\u00ed se o tom, jak velmi zlep\u0161uje atletick\u00e9 schopnosti kon\u011b, ohebnost a elasticitu chod\u016f. V knize Joepa a Tineke Bartelsov\u00fdch Ride Horses with Awareness and Feel se dozv\u00edd\u00e1me, \u017ee LDR je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 koni rozvinout svou rovnov\u00e1hu, prot\u00e1hnout svaly a maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyklenout h\u0159bet, co\u017e m\u00e1 velmi pozitivn\u00ed vliv na jeho zdrav\u00ed i v\u00fdkon. A nezanedbateln\u00fd je i p\u0159\u00ednos psychick\u00fd: &#8222;p\u0159i je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pozic\u00ed hlavy mnoho jezdc\u016f u\u010dinilo zku\u0161enost, \u017ee k\u016f\u0148 je uvoln\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a schopn\u00fd lep\u0161\u00ed koncentrace na jezdce. K jeho ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b s\u00edly.&#8220;(2) A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, lehkost, jakou kon\u011b, v tr\u00e9ningu je\u017ed\u011bni touto metodou, ukazuj\u00ed na obd\u00e9ln\u00edku, skute\u010dn\u011b bere dech.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Jak\u00fd je tedy gymnastick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos LDR? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Nejprve bych m\u011bla definovat rozd\u00edl mezi rollkurem a kon\u011bm za ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed. Do pozice LDR se k\u016f\u0148 dost\u00e1v\u00e1 systematick\u00fdm oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00edm krku do stran, kdy krk zm\u011bkne jako guma a odstran\u00ed se z n\u011bj ve\u0161ker\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, st\u00e1v\u00e1 se zcela poddajn\u00fdm. Bartelsovi ve sv\u00e9 knize popisuj\u00ed, ze do t\u00e9to pozice by se k\u016f\u0148 nem\u011bl dostat tak, \u017ee jej jezdec stahuje silou ot\u011b\u017eemi, ale \u017ee krk se st\u00e1v\u00e1 poddajn\u00fdm natolik, \u017ee hlava sama klesne dol\u016f. Naproti tomu zarolovan\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 je k\u016f\u0148 tuh\u00fd. Jeho krk nen\u00ed v\u016fbec uvoln\u011bn\u00fd a nepodd\u00e1v\u00e1 se tlaku ot\u011b\u017ee, naopak p\u0159ed n\u00ed ut\u00edk\u00e1. Takov\u00e9ho kon\u011b je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vzp\u0159\u00edmit a p\u0159im\u011bt k n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed ot\u011b\u017ee kamkoli. Ztuhlost krku s sebou pak zpravidla nese i ztuhlost zbytku t\u011bla. Naopak, kon\u011b v LDR jsou poddajn\u00ed a velmi elasti\u010dt\u00ed. Kon\u011b za ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed zpravidla snadno pozn\u00e1me podle zalomen\u00ed v horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti krku, zat\u00edmco kon\u011b rollkurovan\u00ed jsou ohnut\u00ed v cel\u00e9m krku, nejv\u00edce ale ve spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti bl\u00edzko nad kohoutkem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Vliv LDR dr\u017een\u00ed na pohyb kon\u011b byl zkoum\u00e1n na n\u011bkolika univerzit\u00e1ch, profesor van Weeren z univerzity v Utrechtu ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b pro FEI uvedl, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 pozice hlavy a krku s nosem za kolmic\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje pohyb tak, \u017ee se zmen\u0161\u00ed d\u00e9lka krok\u016f, ale zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se elasticita pohybu. P\u0159i p\u0159ehnan\u011b ohnut\u00e9m krku (rovn\u011b\u017e, ale m\u00e9n\u011b razantn\u011b i p\u0159i pozici long&amp;low) je k\u016f\u0148 donucen vyklenout h\u0159bet. Je to proto, \u017ee \u0161\u00edjov\u00fd vaz t\u00e1hne za trnov\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011b\u017eky obratl\u016f a t\u00edm zved\u00e1 p\u00e1te\u0159 za kohoutkem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Kapitola sama pro sebe je rovnov\u00e1ha. Hlava a krk je ko\u0148sk\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, udr\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu. P\u0159i jak\u00e9mkoli vych\u00fdlen\u00ed (nap\u0159. zakopnut\u00ed, ale i rychl\u00e9m p\u0159echodu nebo obratu) k\u016f\u0148 hlavou a krkem balancuje, vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1 ztr\u00e1tu rovnov\u00e1hy. Podobn\u011b jako \u010dlov\u011bk na kladin\u011b upa\u017een\u00fdma rukama. Nesen\u00ed krku prozrad\u00ed, jak je na tom k\u016f\u0148 s rovnov\u00e1hou a kdy ji ztr\u00e1c\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u00edm ide\u00e1lem drezurn\u00edho je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed bylo procvi\u010dit t\u011blo kon\u011b tak, aby m\u011bl dostate\u010dnou s\u00edlu a rovnov\u00e1hu na prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed cvik\u016f, ani\u017e by musel balancovat krkem. Vzadu se shrom\u00e1\u017edil, tedy sn\u00ed\u017eil a ohnul klouby zadn\u00edch nohou a v d\u016fsledku toho se vp\u0159edu vzp\u0159\u00edmil a zakulatil. Proto\u017ee ale je snaz\u0161\u00ed ovlivnit p\u0159edek kon\u011b, velmi \u010dasto se jezdci sna\u017e\u00ed zpracovat p\u0159edek v iluzi, \u017ee pozic\u00ed krku ovlivn\u00ed i z\u00e1\u010f. \u010casto z\u016fstane u hezky kulat\u00e9ho krku a t\u00edm kon\u011b (ale sp\u00ed\u0161e jezdci) podv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b zku\u0161en\u00e9 o\u010di.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Tedy, abych se vr\u00e1tila k rollkuru, k\u016f\u0148 p\u0159irozen\u011b prozrazuje vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z rovnov\u00e1hy zved\u00e1n\u00edm krku. P\u0159i pozici LDR krk zvednout nem\u016f\u017ee (pro\u010d, to si pov\u00edme d\u00e1le) a u\u010d\u00ed se tud\u00ed\u017e tuto p\u0159irozenou tendenci potla\u010dovat. \u017de aktivn\u011b se pohybuj\u00edc\u00ed k\u016f\u0148 s hlavou p\u0159ita\u017eenou k prs\u016fm nen\u00ed v ide\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ze, to je mysl\u00edm natolik evidentn\u00ed fakt, \u017ee jej net\u0159eba v\u00edce rozeb\u00edrat. Krk sta\u017een\u00fd dol\u016f a k prs\u016fm zat\u011b\u017euje p\u0159edek kon\u011b a velmi efektivn\u011b posiluje brachiocephalus, tedy ramenn\u00ed sval, kter\u00fd je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za zved\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edch nohou. Pro kon\u011b v t\u00e9to pozici je toti\u017e n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00edce zvedat p\u0159edn\u00ed nohy, z\u00e1rove\u0148 mu ale nic jin\u00e9ho nezb\u00fdv\u00e1, jeliko\u017e mu byl odebr\u00e1n hlavn\u00ed balan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj, krk. Takov\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 kdy\u017e mu potom umo\u017en\u00edme vr\u00e1tit se na kolmici, se najednou c\u00edt\u00ed n\u00e1dhern\u011b v rovnov\u00e1ze, &#8218;zlehkne&#8216; mu p\u0159edek a nohy mu efektn\u011b vyst\u0159eluj\u00ed vzh\u016fru lehce jako p\u00edrko. Mimoto je odnau\u010den pou\u017e\u00edvat krk pro balancov\u00e1n\u00ed, tak\u017ee ani p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd chvilkov\u00fd v\u00fdpadek z rovnov\u00e1hy nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vid\u011bt.
