Kon\u011b, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v pozici LDR jsou elasti\u010dt\u00ed, lehc\u00ed vp\u0159edu a st\u00e1l\u00ed na p\u0159ilnut\u00ed. Nebudu se pou\u0161t\u011bt do rozboru, v \u010dem je jejich projev nekorektn\u00ed, to si m\u016f\u017eete v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Dominiky \u0160vehlov\u00e9 (1), zam\u011b\u0159\u00edm se sp\u00ed\u0161e na to, jak se k\u016f\u0148 v pozici LDR c\u00edt\u00ed. Zast\u00e1nci tohoto zp\u016fsobu tr\u00e9ningu jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00ed pohodln\u011b, nebo\u0165 je zbaven ve\u0161ker\u00fdch blok\u00e1d, je ohebn\u00fd a ochotn\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v LDR dr\u017een\u00ed. Prost\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 se &#8222;happy athlete&#8220;, co\u017e je drezurn\u00edm ide\u00e1lem. Argumentuj\u00ed i t\u00edm, \u017ee na tuto nep\u0159irozenou pozici je k\u016f\u0148 navyk\u00e1n postupn\u011b, stejn\u011b jako gymnast\u00e9 dlouhodob\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningem uvol\u0148uj\u00ed klouby a vazy a ned\u011bl\u00e1 jim probl\u00e9m ani pozice, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 bychom se my, norm\u00e1ln\u00ed smrteln\u00edci, zlomili vejp\u016fl.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie zd\u00e1 se potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed s p\u0159ehnan\u011b ohnut\u00fdm krkem koni po zdravotn\u00ed str\u00e1nce ne\u0161kod\u00ed, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b s dodatkem, je-li prov\u00e1d\u011bno spr\u00e1vn\u011b. Pro zv\u00eddav\u00e9 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e, jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o studie dr. Wellinga, kter\u00fd zkoumal radiologick\u00e9 sn\u00edmky mnoha kon\u00ed, podroben\u00fdch r\u016fzn\u00e9mu druhu tr\u00e9ningu (v\u010detn\u011b hobby kon\u00ed), a nena\u0161el \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed, souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s hyperflex\u00ed krku. Prof. Denoix (2) upozor\u0148uje na riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed meziobratlov\u00fdch plot\u00e9nek v \u0161\u00edjov\u00e9 oblasti a u kohoutku. Ov\u0161em samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, &#8222;nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko hroz\u00ed p\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed techniky&#8220;. A nejv\u00edce fanou\u0161ky rollkuru pot\u011b\u0161il profesor van Breda (3), kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdval psychickou str\u00e1nkou tohoto zp\u016fsobu tr\u00e9ningu. Zkoumal m\u00edru stresu po tr\u00e9ningu u p\u011bti \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch drezurn\u00edch kon\u00ed, tr\u00e9novan\u00fdch v pozici LDR a sedmi kon\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed rollkurovan\u00ed nikdy nebyli. Pou\u017eil metodu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence 30 minut po z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Zjistil, \u017ee sportovn\u00ed kon\u011b, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v hloubce, vykazuj\u00ed dokonce ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru stresu po tr\u00e9ningu ne\u017e kon\u011b rekrea\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny &#8222;pozitivn\u00ed&#8220; studie, kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bla mo\u017enost vid\u011bt, se ov\u0161em za\u0161ti\u0165uj\u00ed magick\u00fdm &#8222;ve zku\u0161en\u00fdch ruk\u00e1ch a p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed.&#8220; Naopak, v nezku\u0161en\u00fdch ruk\u00e1ch a p\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u0161ichni varuj\u00ed p\u0159ed mo\u017en\u00fdm po\u0161kozen\u00edm. Jak\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed hroz\u00ed? Velmi \u00fazce to souvis\u00ed s t\u00edm, pro\u010d jsou kon\u011b v pozici LDR tak jemn\u00ed, poddajn\u00ed a neprotestuj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balancov\u00e1n\u00ed na ost\u0159\u00ed no\u017ee<\/strong><br \/>\nHyperflexe krku dosahuje a\u017e k jeho fyzick\u00e9mu limitu. D\u00e1l u\u017e to nejde bez po\u0161kozen\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Obratle jsou stla\u010deny t\u011bsn\u011b k sob\u011b v nep\u0159irozen\u00e9m \u00fahlu. Svaly a vazy krku jsou napjat\u00e9 na maximum. \u0160\u00edjov\u00fd vaz, kter\u00fd vede ke kohoutku a up\u00edn\u00e1 se vzadu na lebku je napnut\u00fd doslova k prasknut\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee tyto svaly a vazy jsou postupn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningem p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9, bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se hranici sv\u00e9 pru\u017enosti. A ka\u017ed\u00fd organismus c\u00edt\u00ed, kdy se dot\u00fdk\u00e1 hranice, za n\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1sleduje po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Ochranou p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm je toti\u017e bolest. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se nejedn\u00e1 o bolest silnou, na kterou by si nezvykli. M\u016f\u017eeme se jen domn\u00edvat, \u017ee kon\u011b c\u00edt\u00ed n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho jako my, kdy\u017e napneme na\u0161e svaly a vazy a\u017e k jejich maximu.<\/p>\n<p>Co hroz\u00ed, pokud se to &#8222;p\u0159ep\u00edskne&#8220;, je mysl\u00edm z\u0159ejm\u00e9. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b asi nem\u00e1me tolik s\u00edly, abychom koni zlomili p\u00e1te\u0159, ale m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u0161\u00edjov\u00e9ho vazu p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v m\u00edst\u011b \u00faponu na lebku. \u017de k tomu skute\u010dn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed, zdokumentoval dr. Weiler. Podle n\u011bho m\u00e1 a\u017e 80% sportovn\u00edch kon\u00ed tento vaz po\u0161kozen\u00fd. A to bez zjevn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f! Pro dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00ed v d\u016fsledku LDR je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed op\u011bt odkazuji na str\u00e1nky Dominiky \u0160vehlov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u010casem si zv\u00ed\u0159e na tento typ pr\u00e1ce i na s n\u00ed spojen\u00e9 nepohodl\u00ed zvykne. Podobn\u011b, jako si provozn\u00ed kon\u011b zvyknou na okop\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a po\u0161kub\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v hub\u011b od nezku\u0161en\u00fdch jezdc\u016f. Nevyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v n\u011bm tedy asi ani v\u00fdrazn\u00fd stres, sp\u00ed\u0161e rezignaci. To by mohlo vysv\u011btlovat, pro\u010d podle van Bredy rollkurovan\u00ed kon\u011b nevykazuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru stresu. Van Bredova studie je ale diskutabiln\u00ed, z\u00edskan\u00e1 data jsou p\u0159ece\u0148ov\u00e1na a je ot\u00e1zkou, zda je na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 vyvodit v\u00fdsledky, jak\u00e9 vyvodil on. Podle dr. Barto\u0161ov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00fdsledky p\u0159ece\u0148uje. Nepod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 doklady o vlivu rollkuru na srde\u010dn\u00ed tep a mo\u017en\u00e1 ani nedokl\u00e1d\u00e1 vliv konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho tr\u00e9ningu na srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvenci, proto\u017ee k\u016f\u0148 mohl reagovat \u00fapln\u011b na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho &#8211; \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, vr\u00e1cen\u00ed do st\u00e1je, apod. Z poskytnut\u00fdch dat plyne pouze, \u017ee drezurn\u00ed kon\u011b v dan\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch m\u011bli ur\u010ditou dobu po je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed tep ne\u017e nedrezurn\u00ed. Aby bylo mo\u017eno mluvit o vlivu rollkuru, musela by b\u00fdt \u010d\u00e1st testovan\u00fdch drezurn\u00edch kon\u00ed rollkurovan\u00fdch a \u010d\u00e1st nerollkurovan\u00fdch a podobn\u011b i kon\u011b rekrea\u010dn\u00ed. Kon\u011b by m\u011bli b\u00fdt testov\u00e1ni opakovan\u011b a m\u011bl b\u00fdt prov\u011b\u0159en i vliv v\u011bku (zku\u0161enosti). Nav\u00edc, jak dr. Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 dod\u00e1v\u00e1, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edho tepu nemus\u00ed znamenat jen stres, ale excitaci. Ta m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyvol\u00e1na nejen strachem a stresem, ale i t\u0159eba radost\u00ed z pohybu.<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum zat\u00edm definitivn\u011b neprok\u00e1zal (nebo mi alespo\u0148 nen\u00ed zn\u00e1mo), \u017ee by rollkurovan\u00ed kon\u011b trp\u011bli bolest\u00ed. Nen\u00ed ale p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011b prok\u00e1z\u00e1n ani opak. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se ji\u017e objevily studie, dokl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 tato poloha kon\u00edm nen\u00ed. Jeden z nov\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f (2007), proveden\u00fd Utou von Borstel a kol. si dal za \u00fakol ov\u011b\u0159it, zda kon\u011b, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v rollkuru skute\u010dn\u011b nevykazuj\u00ed zn\u00e1mky stresu nebo diskomfortu. Stejn\u011b jako ve v\u00fdzkumu van Bredy jim byl m\u011b\u0159en pulz, ov\u0161em v\u00fdsledky byly dopln\u011bny i pozorov\u00e1n\u00edm. Pulz byl nam\u011b\u0159en p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00fd, ale kon\u011b v LDR pozici se pohybovali pomaleji. \u010cast\u011bji byly tak\u00e9 zaznamen\u00e1ny zn\u00e1mky nespokojenosti a protestu, \u0161vih\u00e1n\u00ed ocasem, otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed huby, h\u00e1zen\u00ed hlavou i vyhazov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kon\u011b v LDR pozici tak\u00e9 bou\u0159liv\u011bji reagovali na vystaven\u00ed stresov\u00e9mu podn\u011btu (rozev\u0159en\u00ed de\u0161tn\u00edku). A m\u011bli-li mo\u017enost volby ze dvou cest (ve dr\u00e1ze ve tvaru p\u00edsmene Y), z nich\u017e v jedn\u00e9 byli je\u017ed\u011bni v pozici rollkuru, 14 z 15ti kon\u00ed si v\u00fdznamn\u011b \u010dast\u011bji volilo cestu druhou.(4)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rollkur a nau\u010den\u00e1 bezmocnost<\/strong><br \/>\nCh\u00e1pete tu poddajnost, jemnost a poslu\u0161nost? Kon\u011b, jejich\u017e obratle jsou stla\u010deny k sob\u011b a vazy a svaly napjat\u00e9 k prasknut\u00ed, toto vn\u00edmaj\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed m\u00e1lo, aby byli nen\u00e1vratn\u011b po\u0161kozeni a to, spolu s ostr\u00fdm u\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm nebo pr\u016fvle\u010dnou ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed, je \u010din\u00ed dokonale bezmocn\u00fdmi. Oni pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nezakou\u0161ej\u00ed velkou bolest, sp\u00ed\u0161e jen m\u00edrn\u00e9 nepohodl\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 si lze zvyknout. Pokud by ale z jak\u00e9hokoli d\u016fvodu (t\u0159eba proto, \u017ee u\u017e toho bylo moc) cht\u011bli ut\u00e9ci, s bradou na prsou nen\u00ed kam. Bojovat v t\u00e9to pozici jde tak\u00e9 mnohem h\u016f\u0159e, k\u016f\u0148 je velmi znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn, proto si dob\u0159e rozmysl\u00ed, stoj\u00ed-li mu to za to. Zejm\u00e9na pokud je jak\u00fdkoli projev diskomfortu &#8222;proje\u017ed\u011bn&#8220; za pomoci zes\u00edlen\u00fdch pom\u016fcek.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee v situaci, v n\u00ed\u017e by se &#8222;norm\u00e1ln\u00ed&#8220; k\u016f\u0148 br\u00e1nil, rollkurovan\u00e9 zv\u00ed\u0159e se br\u00e1nit nebude. Je tud\u00ed\u017e velmi re\u00e1ln\u00e9 riziko, \u017ee dojde k ohro\u017een\u00ed kon\u011b, \u017ee bude v\u00fdcvik pro zv\u00ed\u0159e bolestiv\u00fd, po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00ed, a co v\u00edce, jezdec to ani nepozn\u00e1. A pozn\u00e1-li, je dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fd na to, aby na n\u00e1zor kon\u011b nemusel br\u00e1t ohledy. Proto je tak \u010dasto rollkur spojov\u00e1n s nau\u010denou bezmocnost\u00ed, co\u017e je stav, kdy zv\u00ed\u0159e je nau\u010deno, \u017ee je bezmocn\u00e9 &#8211; a\u0165 se mu d\u011bje cokoli, je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 obrana mu nepom\u016f\u017ee, proto se u\u017e ani nebr\u00e1n\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se vlastn\u011b o nau\u010denou toleranci bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1zornou uk\u00e1zkou je video &#8222;blue tongue&#8220;, ke shl\u00e9dnut\u00ed na youtube (5). Pokud v\u00e1m n\u00e1hodou uniklo a nem\u00e1te mo\u017enost si jej p\u0159ehr\u00e1t, jedn\u00e1 se o opracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed CDI, kde rollkurovan\u00fd k\u016f\u0148 Patrika Kittela plaz\u00ed jazyk, kter\u00fd je nedokrven\u00edm modr\u00fd. Co\u017e vypov\u00edd\u00e1 o tlaku, jak\u00fd je na ko\u0148skou hubu vyv\u00edjen. P\u0159esto se zv\u00ed\u0159e nebr\u00e1n\u00ed, komisa\u0159 na opracovi\u0161ti pr\u00fd nezaznamenal, \u017ee by n\u011bco bylo \u0161patn\u011b. Na rizika psychick\u00e9ho zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u00ed p\u0159i tr\u00e9ningu touto technikou a mo\u017enou souvislost s nau\u010denou bezmocnost\u00ed (kter\u00e1 ov\u0161em u kon\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nebyla &#8222;ofici\u00e1ln\u011b&#8220; prok\u00e1z\u00e1na) upozornilo ji\u017e tak\u00e9 mnoho v\u011bdc\u016f &#8211; Andrew McLean, Ulrike Thiel, Ute von Borstel a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vid\u00ed nebo nevid\u00ed?<\/strong><br \/>\nJedn\u00edm z \u010dasto uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch negativ je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed kon\u011b na kolmici, pota\u017emo za kolmic\u00ed, je fakt, \u017ee kon\u011b p\u0159i t\u00e9to poloze hlavy nevid\u00ed. P\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno, kon\u011b na kolmici vid\u00ed jen mal\u00fd \u00fasek zem\u011b p\u0159ed sebou, jsou-li v pozici LDR, vid\u00ed na sv\u00e1 p\u0159edn\u00ed kopyta \u010di t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed n\u011b. Nemohou vid\u011bt, co je p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed nimi. Tolik alespo\u0148 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 dr. Harmanov\u00e1, uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 v\u00fdzkumnice ko\u0148sk\u00e9ho zraku (6).<\/p>\n<p>Tohle by ale platilo pouze tehdy, pokud by ko\u0148sk\u00e9 o\u010dn\u00ed bulvy nebyly pohybliv\u00e9. Prof. Barto\u0161 se sv\u00fdmi spolupracovnicemi prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee i p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch hlavy kon\u011b (jmenovit\u011b s hlavou &#8222;na ot\u011b\u017ei&#8220;, p\u0159i spont\u00e1nn\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hlavy, nebo p\u0159i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hlavy tahem za ohl\u00e1vku) pohybem o\u010dn\u00edch bulv k\u016f\u0148 snadno udr\u017eel horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed linii zornice (7). Kon\u011b v pozici LDR testov\u00e1ni nebyli, ale i oni maj\u00ed o\u010dn\u00ed bulvy pohybliv\u00e9, lze tedy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee pro n\u011b plat\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b tot\u00e9\u017e, co pro kon\u011b na ot\u011b\u017ei.
