Jitka Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 sv\u00fdm celodenn\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159em na pra\u017esk\u00e9m Toulcov\u011b Dvo\u0159e. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek berte jen jako malou ochutn\u00e1vku, samotn\u00fd semin\u00e1\u0159 byl mnohem &#8222;v\u00fd\u017eivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&#8220;. A o to p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee dr. Barto\u0161ov\u00e1, a\u010d v\u011bdec t\u011blem i du\u0161\u00ed, nezap\u0159e praktick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti ko\u0148\u00e1ka. Co\u017e mysl\u00edm v\u011bd\u00ed nejen \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i Jezdectv\u00ed, kde vych\u00e1zej\u00ed jej\u00ed velmi \u010dtiv\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky. P\u0159esto ani ona n\u00e1m nenaserv\u00edrovala n\u00e1vod, jak nau\u010dit kon\u011b reagovat na my\u0161lenky, nebo konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdcvikov\u00e9 rady. Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 zm\u00ednila nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby, kter\u00fdch se lid\u00e9 p\u0159i v\u00fdcviku sv\u00fdch sv\u011b\u0159enc\u016f dopou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed a jejich p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny. Asi nen\u00ed nic nov\u00e9ho, \u017ee vedle neznalosti to je zpravidla hled\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010din ne\u00fasp\u011bchu v koni. P\u0159itom ale <strong>\u010dlov\u011bk je t\u00edm, kdo z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost v\u00fdcviku<\/strong>. Ne\u017e zbyte\u010dn\u011b trestat kon\u011b, v\u017edycky je lep\u0161\u00ed s\u00e1hnout si do sv\u00e9ho sv\u011bdom\u00ed. Vyl\u00edt si zlost na koni n\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 v danou chv\u00edli umo\u017en\u00ed vyventilovat vztek, ale nem\u00e1 to nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s korektn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem ke zv\u00ed\u0159eti a o \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti takov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu lze tak\u00e9 s \u00fasp\u011bchem pochybovat. S t\u00edmto se poj\u00ed i vysok\u00e1 tolerance k hrub\u00e9mu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi &#8222;lidmi od kon\u00ed&#8220;, jak trefn\u011b p\u0159ipomn\u011bla. \u00davod uzav\u0159ela zopakov\u00e1n\u00edm zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho a opom\u00edjen\u00e9ho pravidla, \u017ee jezdec by si nejprve m\u011bl srovnat v hlav\u011b, co je vlastn\u011b c\u00edlem jeho sna\u017een\u00ed, co po\u017eaduje od kon\u011b a jak\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady tedy mus\u00ed m\u00edt i on s\u00e1m. Vyhne se t\u00edm zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 frustraci a &#8222;buzeraci&#8220; sebe i kon\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pak ji\u017e byla \u0159e\u010d o kon\u00edch, jejich p\u0159edpokladech k u\u010den\u00ed i o u\u010den\u00ed samotn\u00e9m. Kon\u011b maj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro to, co po nich v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s po\u017eaduje \u2013 dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina &#8222;cvik\u016f&#8220; najde p\u0159edobraz v p\u0159irozen\u00fdch pohybech kon\u011b. Disponuj\u00ed i zna\u010dnou inteligenc\u00ed (bez n\u00ed by tu evolu\u010dn\u011b u\u017e asi nebyli), kter\u00e1 se ale projevuje trochu jinak, ne\u017e jsme zvykl\u00ed. Jitka Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 uvedla n\u011bkolik doklad\u016f tohoto tvrzen\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad jejich potravn\u00ed preference. V\u00edte, \u017ee kon\u011b jsou schopni si spojit ur\u010dit\u00fd druh potravy s nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm z\u00e1\u017eitkem, kter\u00fd zanedlouho n\u00e1sleduje? J\u00e1 si a\u017e dosud myslela, \u017ee toto dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed snad jen potkani. Z uveden\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkladu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee si <strong>kon\u011b dob\u0159e dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159et nov\u00e9 asociace mezi podn\u011bty<\/strong>, co\u017e je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co pot\u0159ebujeme ve v\u00fdcviku.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledovalo pom\u011brn\u011b obs\u00e1hl\u00e9 pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed o <strong>u\u010den\u00ed, jeho definov\u00e1n\u00ed a typech<\/strong>, co\u017e bylo hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e. U\u010den\u00ed lektorka definovala jako proces, kdy zku\u0161enost vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed relativn\u011b st\u00e1lou zm\u011bnu chov\u00e1n\u00ed na ur\u010dit\u00fd podn\u011bt. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku podn\u011bt vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ur\u010ditou &#8222;automatickou&#8220; reakci (nap\u0159. \u00fat\u011bk nebo t\u0159eba nez\u00e1jem). To ale nen\u00ed v\u017edy to, co po\u017eadujeme my. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu v\u00fdcviku proto tuto automatickou reakci nahrazujeme reakc\u00ed jinou &#8211; z na\u0161eho pohledu vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme asociaci podn\u011btu s novou odpov\u011bd\u00ed. P\u0159itom vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho principu u\u010den\u00ed &#8211; toho, \u017ee kon\u011b vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed podn\u011bty a vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed se negativn\u00edm. Dojde-li (t\u0159eba na\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i\u010din\u011bn\u00edm) k \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pos\u00edl\u00edme, k\u016f\u0148 m\u00e1 tendenci toto chov\u00e1n\u00ed zopakovat. Naopak, negativn\u00edm podn\u011bt\u016fm se bude vyh\u00fdbat.<\/p>\n<p>Z typ\u016f u\u010den\u00ed dr. Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 vybrala ty, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159i v\u00fdcviku kon\u011b nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>habituaci, podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, motorick\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>. U ka\u017ed\u00e9ho vysv\u011btlila princip a pot\u00e9 uvedla mnoho praktick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f. T\u011bch n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed hodn\u00fdch i t\u011bch m\u00e9n\u011b. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 bylo pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed o habituaci (n\u00e1vyku \u010di uvyk\u00e1n\u00ed), kterou v praxi hojn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. K\u016f\u0148 jej\u00ed pomoc\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 reagovat na podn\u011bt nebo ud\u00e1lost, kter\u00e1 ho p\u016fvodn\u011b d\u011bsila (nebo zaj\u00edmala). K habituaci doch\u00e1z\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b bez na\u0161eho p\u0159i\u010din\u011bn\u00ed (navyk\u00e1n\u00ed na okoln\u00ed ruch, automobilov\u00fd provoz, apod.), m\u016f\u017eeme ji ale s \u00fasp\u011bchem vyu\u017e\u00edt c\u00edlen\u011b. Postupy jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9, ale jedna z\u00e1sada je v\u017edy platn\u00e1: k\u016f\u0148 si nesm\u00ed vytvo\u0159it asociaci \u00fat\u011bk=opro\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se od nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho podn\u011btu. M\u016f\u017eeme se rozhodnout, zda chceme postupovat tak, \u017ee b\u011bhem habituace na nov\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt nebo ud\u00e1lost koni nedovol\u00edme ut\u00e9ci (zejm\u00e9na, sed\u00edme-li v sedle; ze zem\u011b omez\u00edme kon\u011b t\u0159eba vod\u00edtkem), nebo naopak kon\u011b ponech\u00e1me navolno se p\u0159ibli\u017eovat k p\u0159edm\u011btu z vlastn\u00ed v\u016fle (nap\u0159\u00edklad v hale nebo ohrad\u011b). Kombinov\u00e1n\u00edm obou p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f si zpravidla zt\u00ed\u017e\u00edme situaci a kon\u011b zmateme. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je t\u0159eba d\u00e1vkovat averzn\u00ed (nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, bolestiv\u00fd) podn\u011bt opatrn\u011b a d\u00e1t pozor na zahlcen\u00ed podn\u011bty, co\u017e kon\u011b obvykle stresuje a m\u016f\u017ee skon\u010dit panickou reakc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00e1te pojem <strong>&#8222;overshadowing&#8220;<\/strong>? Nen\u00ed to nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e co je v praxi b\u011b\u017en\u011b k vid\u011bn\u00ed. Odpout\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti od averzn\u00edho podn\u011btu podn\u011btem jin\u00fdm, siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, nebo dob\u0159e zafixovan\u00fdm. P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee chcete kon\u011b oholit (nebo mu p\u00edchnout injekci). Nejprve jej v klidn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nau\u010d\u00edte n\u011bjak\u00fd jednoduch\u00fd cvik, osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1 je tzv. &#8222;houpa\u010dka&#8220;, tedy krok vzad &#8211; krok vp\u0159ed, na jemn\u00fd sign\u00e1l. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159ibli\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed averzn\u00edho podn\u011btu (pomocn\u00edk s injekc\u00ed nebo strojkem) t\u00edmto snadn\u00fdm cvikem odpout\u00e1v\u00e1te jeho pozornost. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 testujete intenzitu jeho nap\u011bt\u00ed. Je vhodn\u00e9, aby p\u0159i prvn\u00edch projevech strachu pomocn\u00edk zastavil (ale neustupoval zp\u011bt), po\u010dkal na zklidn\u011bn\u00ed kon\u011b otestovan\u00e9 snadno provedenou houpa\u010dkou a pot\u00e9 se op\u011bt o kousek p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil. Houpa\u010dka &#8211; p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed &#8211; houpa\u010dka&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>V souvislosti s habituac\u00ed byla \u0159e\u010d i o <strong>&#8222;handlingu&#8220;<\/strong> (n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e9m ne p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vhodn\u011b inprinting) pro n\u00e1vyk na \u010dlov\u011bka a prost\u0159ed\u00ed st\u00e1je. Nakolik se vyplat\u00ed v\u011bnovat se handlingu a zda m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt i k n\u011bjak\u00fdm ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm efekt\u016fm, je zat\u00edm p\u0159edm\u011btem v\u00fdzkum\u016f. Jitka Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 (koneckonc\u016f i zdrav\u00fd rozum) rad\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9: &#8222;ne\u0161tvat matku!&#8220; Proto\u017ee h\u0159\u00edb\u011b samoz\u0159ejm\u011b registruje, jak matka reaguje na podn\u011bty, napodobuje ji a m\u00e1 velkou tendenci p\u0159ej\u00edmat jej\u00ed postoje. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je tedy smyslupln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bnovat se sp\u00ed\u0161e matce v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti h\u0159\u00edb\u011bte (i na to u\u017e existuje velmi hezk\u00e1 a nad\u011bjn\u00e1 studie).<\/p>\n<p>Del\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdklad pot\u0159ebovalo <strong>asociativn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed (podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed)<\/strong>. Nejen &#8222;klasick\u00fd&#8220; Pavlov, ale i Skinner se sv\u00fdm operantn\u00edm podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm. To je to zn\u00e1m\u00e9 &#8222;podn\u011bt &#8211; reakce &#8211; (ne)p\u0159\u00edjemnost&#8220;, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad na\u0161eho v\u00fdcviku. \u010c\u00edm\u017e se lektorka plynule dostala k trest\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u00ed a rozd\u00edlu mezi trestem a negativn\u00edm podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm. <strong>Negativn\u00ed podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, jakkoli zn\u00ed &#8222;negativn\u011b&#8220;, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho, a u\u017e v\u016fbec ne tot\u00e9\u017e co trest. Je to p\u016fsoben\u00ed tlaku, kter\u00fd zmiz\u00ed, jakmile k\u016f\u0148 zareaguje (kdy\u017e s\u00e1hnete na horkou plotnu a odt\u00e1hnete ruku, bolest ustoup\u00ed). Spad\u00e1 sem i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pom\u016fcek, holen\u011b, udidla, vod\u00edtka&#8230; Negativn\u00ed podmi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed by tedy m\u011blo vyvolat n\u00e1mi po\u017eadovanou reakci na ur\u010dit\u00fd podn\u011bt. P\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tato reakce m\u016f\u017ee tlak bu\u010fto ukon\u010dit (viz nap\u0159. lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed s chambonem &#8211; k\u016f\u0148 sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed hlavu a chambon p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u016fsobit na koutky) nebo v\u016fbec nevyvolat (po p\u00e1r lekc\u00edch k\u016f\u0148 pochop\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e hlavu nebude zvedat, vyhne se p\u016fsoben\u00ed chambonu).<\/p>\n<p>Naproti tomu <strong>trest<\/strong> ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak se k\u016f\u0148 m\u00e1 chovat. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 pouze &#8222;takto ne&#8220;. I proto by se ve v\u00fdcviku m\u011bl pou\u017e\u00edvat co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejm\u00e9n\u011b a pouze tehdy, m\u00e1-li opravdu smysl. I pro kon\u011b nepochopiteln\u00fdm trest\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme budovat stav nau\u010den\u00e9 bezmocnosti, jak Jitka Barto\u0161ov\u00e1 zm\u00ednila m\u016fj &#8222;obl\u00edben\u00fd&#8220; fenom\u00e9n. Mimoto nevhodn\u00e9 nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u00e9 trest\u00e1n\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ve zv\u00ed\u0159eti agresi, neochotu a\/nebo strach a zpomaluje proces u\u010den\u00ed. Naproti tomu psychick\u00e1 a fyzick\u00e1 pohoda, srozumitelnost, metoda mal\u00fdch krok\u016f a odm\u011bny vedou k optim\u00e1ln\u00edm u\u010debn\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm. (Pozor! Odm\u011bna mus\u00ed b\u00fdt atraktivn\u00ed i pro zv\u00ed\u0159e. Ne v\u0161e co pova\u017eujeme za odm\u011bnu my, bere jako odm\u011bnu n\u00e1\u0161 k\u016f\u0148, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee platit i pro trest.)<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmavou p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ku zavr\u0161ilo shl\u00e9dnut\u00ed n\u011bkolika vide\u00ed, mn\u011b osobn\u011b se l\u00edbila uk\u00e1zka porovn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00e9 drezurn\u00ed \u0161koly (&#8222;klasick\u00fd&#8220; p\u0159\u00edstup dle Stupnice vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed) a &#8222;classique&#8220; p\u0159\u00edstupu zde obl\u00edben\u00e9ho Phillipe Karla na DVD Klassisch contra Classique. N\u00e1sledovalo i uk\u00e1zkov\u00e9 video z v\u00fdcviku tzv. p\u0159irozen\u00e9 komunikace v kruhov\u00e9 ohrad\u011b v pod\u00e1n\u00ed V\u00e1clava Bo\u0159\u00e1nka, kter\u00e9 vyvolalo trochu diskuzi. Rozhodn\u011b se ale jednalo o semin\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd pova\u017euji za smyslupln\u00fd pro v\u011bt\u0161inu majitel\u016f kon\u00ed a jezdc\u016f, a\u0165 maj\u00ed jak\u00fdkoli p\u0159\u00edstup a v\u011bnuj\u00ed se kter\u00e9koli discipl\u00edn\u011b. Z\u00fa\u010dastnila se zhruba \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtka ko\u0148\u00e1k\u016f. Neost\u00fdchali se aktivn\u011b diskutovat, ze semin\u00e1\u0159e se tud\u00ed\u017e vyklubalo velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ing.
