Nen\u00ed divu, kdy\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed, motaj\u00edc\u00edch se kolem kon\u00ed, tvo\u0159\u00ed mlad\u00e9 \u017eeny a d\u00edvky. Ne\u010dekejte, \u017ee v\u00e1m v tomhle \u010dl\u00e1nku poskytnu odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku, zda v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed jezdit nebo nejezdit. Nev\u00edm to. Jak bych mohla? Ka\u017ed\u00e1 se v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed c\u00edt\u00edme jinak, jinak vn\u00edm\u00e1me rizika a proto se i jinak rozhodujeme. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek by v\u00e1m m\u011bl p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit specifika, rizika, ale i v\u00fdhody tohoto stavu a umo\u017enit se informovan\u011b rozhodnout. Ty, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b zku\u0161enost nemaj\u00ed, alespo\u0148 zjist\u00ed, co je \u010dek\u00e1. Poda\u0159ilo se mi vytahat rozumy dokonce ze t\u0159\u00ed odborn\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, douf\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u00e1m pomohou. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Projdeme si nejprve postupn\u011b t\u0159i trimestry t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, co se d\u011bje a m\u011bn\u00ed v t\u011ble. Jak\u00e1 jsou rizika pro nenarozen\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b i matku a co m\u016f\u017ee ubl\u00ed\u017eit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prvn\u00ed trimestr<\/strong><br \/>\nUte\u010de v\u011bt\u0161inou nejrychleji, proto\u017ee prvn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc se vlastn\u011b nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. Navenek se nic nem\u011bn\u00ed, tedy skoro. U\u017e ve druh\u00e9m m\u011bs\u00edci se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed povolovat b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svaly. Jak budu vypadat za p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f? N\u011bkomu u\u017e v t\u00e9 dob\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vadit je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno ot\u0159esy a nap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edch sval\u016f. Hodn\u011b \u017een m\u00edv\u00e1 bolesti v podb\u0159i\u0161ku, kter\u00e9 jsou vcelku norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. D\u016fvodem je p\u0159ekrven\u00ed p\u00e1nevn\u00ed oblasti. Pokud to matce nevad\u00ed a nem\u00e1 probl\u00e9my, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed d\u016fvod zakazovat. Svaly p\u00e1nevn\u00edho dna i b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svaly je\u0161t\u011b dob\u0159e funguj\u00ed. Co vad\u00ed, jsou ot\u0159esy \u2013 samy koneckonc\u016f pozn\u00e1te, co je\u0161t\u011b snesete a co v\u00e1m u\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vadit. Vydrnc\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v pracovn\u00edm klusu pochopiteln\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00ed nen\u00ed, pokud ale um\u00edte pohyb dob\u0159e vysed\u011bt, lze i v n\u011bm norm\u00e1ln\u011b pracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed trimestr je nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pro miminko. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku, zhruba do doby, ne\u017e t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed zjist\u00edte, se jeho v\u00fdvoj \u0159\u00edd\u00ed z\u00e1konem \u201ev\u0161e nebo nic\u201c. Dojde-li k po\u0161kozen\u00ed, je-li nevratn\u00e9, t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed kon\u010d\u00ed. Dlu\u017eno \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee zhruba 20% t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed skon\u010d\u00ed potratem v t\u00e9to ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e drtivou v\u011bt\u0161inu p\u0159\u00ed\u010din matka sv\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm nem\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit. Ve 2. a 3. m\u011bs\u00edci se vyv\u00edjej\u00ed org\u00e1ny, jedn\u00e1 se tedy o obdob\u00ed z hlediska v\u00fdvoje plodu nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Matka by se m\u011bla vyhnout v\u0161emu, co by mohlo plod ohrozit. Jsou to nejen virov\u00e9 infekce, ale i p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed nebo \u201epr\u00e1ce\u201c na kysl\u00edkov\u00fd dluh. Oboj\u00ed se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i na miminko, kter\u00e9 je v tomto obdob\u00ed opravdu hodn\u011b zraniteln\u00e9. Fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy, zejm\u00e9na je-li horko, tedy rad\u011bji vynechte. Hl\u00eddejte si puls, nem\u011bl by dos\u00e1hnout hodnoty, kter\u00e1 vznikne ode\u010dten\u00edm va\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hy od \u010d\u00edsla 200. (N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed auto\u0159i uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed jin\u00e9 hodnoty v rozmez\u00ed 180-220).<\/p>\n<p>O probl\u00e9mech s nevolnost\u00ed, zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch vysokou hladinou progesteronu, se zde rozepisovat nebudu, jen zm\u00edn\u00edm, \u017ee norm\u00e1ln\u00ed je i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 \u00fanava a spavost a ur\u010dit\u011b se v tomhle obdob\u00ed nem\u00e1 cenu p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat. Naopak, t\u011blo v\u00ed nejl\u00edp, co pot\u0159ebuje. V\u011b\u0159te mu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Druh\u00fd trimestr<\/strong><br \/>\nZ gynekologick\u00e9ho hlediska je to obdob\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b rizikov\u00e9 a budouc\u00ed matka se v n\u011bm v\u011bt\u0161inou c\u00edt\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e. Pokud je v\u0161echno v po\u0159\u00e1dku, nen\u00ed d\u016fvod se omezovat, jen plat\u00ed pravidlo o nezved\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se rizikov\u00fdm \u010dinnostem. Jak\u00e9 je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho p\u00e1du? Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na okolnostech, ale proto\u017ee nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed matka se instinktivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed chr\u00e1nit si b\u0159icho, riskuje, \u017ee nedopadne tak \u201eoptim\u00e1ln\u011b\u201c, jak by mohla, a zran\u00ed se.<\/p>\n<p>Ke konci druh\u00e9ho trimestru se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed \u010dasto objevovat d\u011blo\u017en\u00ed stahy, tzv. \u201etvrdnut\u00ed b\u0159icha\u201c. Je to nebolestiv\u00fd stav, kter\u00fd ur\u010dit\u011b nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnete. V\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my, ale je dobr\u00e9 to ozn\u00e1mit sv\u00e9mu l\u00e9ka\u0159i, kter\u00fd zkontroluje, zda to nem\u00e1 vliv na zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00e1m doporu\u010d\u00ed u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed magn\u00e9zia. To se obecn\u011b v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed doporu\u010duje u\u017e\u00edvat. Tyto stavy se objevuj\u00ed \u010dasto pr\u00e1v\u011b v kombinaci s pohybem a ot\u0159esy, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed je m\u016f\u017ee vyvol\u00e1vat. Pokud nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dast\u00e9 a d\u011blo\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00edpek se nezkracuje, nevad\u00ed to, v opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed rad\u0161i moc nemyslete, a\u0165 si nep\u0159ivod\u00edte p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fd porod.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u0159et\u00ed trimestr<\/strong><br \/>\nVe t\u0159et\u00edm trimestru za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed rizikov\u00e9. B\u0159icho roste pom\u011brn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b a m\u011bn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b jezdkyn\u011b, tak\u017ee se zvy\u0161uje riziko p\u00e1du, i kdy\u017e k\u016f\u0148 jen nevinn\u011b zakopne nebo usko\u010d\u00ed. B\u0159icho je nav\u00edc pom\u011brn\u011b neskladn\u00e9, \u0161patn\u011b se sl\u00e9z\u00e1 a nal\u00e9z\u00e1, a bez pomoci a p\u0159idr\u017een\u00ed kon\u011b jsou i tyhle \u00fakony riskantn\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, i tohle je vysoce individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m p\u00e1du m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k abrupci placenty, tedy jej\u00edmu odtr\u017een\u00ed od d\u011blo\u017en\u00ed st\u011bny. Uvoln\u00ed-li se mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st, je \u0161ance, \u017ee v\u0161e dob\u0159e dopadne. Pokud je to \u010d\u00e1st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b placenta cel\u00e1, plod je ohro\u017een na \u017eivot\u011b (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b b\u011bhem chv\u00edle um\u00edr\u00e1), proto\u017ee je odtr\u017een nejen od v\u00fd\u017eivy, ale i od p\u0159\u00edvodu kysl\u00edku. Ohro\u017eena je i matka, proto\u017ee dojde k masivn\u00edmu krv\u00e1cen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mimoto se cel\u00e9 t\u011blo p\u0159ipravuje na porod. P\u00e1nevn\u00ed vazy se rozvol\u0148uj\u00ed, p\u00e1nev se rozestupuje, aby p\u0159i porodu mohla proj\u00edt hlavi\u010dka d\u00edt\u011bte. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 na tyto uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed se vazy shora tla\u010d\u00ed ji\u017e velk\u00e1 d\u011bloha. SI klouby (nejedn\u00e1 se o klouby, a\u010d se jim tak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, ale o chrupav\u010dit\u00e9 spojen\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e a p\u00e1nve) jsou p\u0159et\u011b\u017eovan\u00e9 ji\u017e samy o sob\u011b a, stejn\u011b jako p\u00e1nevn\u00ed spona vp\u0159edu, pobol\u00edvaj\u00ed. Dle moudr\u00fdch slov ortopeda nen\u00ed radno je dr\u00e1\u017edit ani sezen\u00edm obkro\u010dmo, ani vybalancov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm pohyb\u016f ko\u0148sk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, proto\u017ee existuje riziko, \u017ee dojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Podrobn\u011bji o n\u011bm nap\u00ed\u0161u v dal\u0161\u00edm d\u00edle \u2013 je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v \u0161estined\u011bl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro a proti je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nMysl\u00edm, \u017ee t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed asi nebude nejp\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doba pro ko\u0148a\u0159ky, by\u0165 l\u00e9ka\u0159i tak r\u00e1di zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee \u201e\u010dlov\u011bk by se nem\u011bl kv\u016fli t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed omezovat, m\u011bl by d\u011blat na\u010d je zvykl\u00fd a u\u017e\u00edvat si to.\u201c Ov\u0161em tak\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed (toto jsou konkr\u00e9tn\u011b slova MUDr. Eli\u0161ky Ludv\u00edkov\u00e9): \u201es vyj\u00edmkou aktivit, u nich\u017e je riziko p\u00e1du. Riskantn\u00ed jsou tak\u00e9 ot\u0159esy.\u201c A pak si vyberte! Je pravda, \u017ee ne\u017e sed\u011bt depresivn\u011b doma v bezpe\u010d\u00ed, je asi lep\u0161\u00ed sed\u011bt \u0161\u0165astn\u011b na koni, to si ale mus\u00edme ka\u017ed\u00e1 rozhodnout sama. A p\u0159ijmout riziko, \u017ee pokud se n\u00e1hodou n\u011bco stane, budeme si to dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta vy\u010d\u00edtat.<\/p>\n<p>Je dobr\u00e9 si alespo\u0148 vybrat bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a pohodln\u00e9ho kon\u011b. Nem\u011bl by to b\u00fdt \u0161ic\u00ed stroj, m\u011bl by m\u00edt pohodln\u00e9, klidn\u011b plo\u0161\u0161\u00ed chody. Velmi nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 jsou v\u0161echny nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 pohyby, uskakov\u00e1n\u00ed a oto\u010dky, tak\u017ee lezte jen na zv\u00ed\u0159e, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e zn\u00e1te a d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujete mu. A pokud mo\u017eno v co nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Vyplat\u00ed se tak\u00e9 m\u00edt kon\u011b, se kter\u00fdm se nebudete muset p\u0159etahovat a pou\u017e\u00edvat na je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed moc s\u00edly \u2013 p\u0159eci jen, b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svaly ochabuj\u00ed, sn\u00e1z se unav\u00edte a v\u016fbec nem\u00e1te chu\u0165 s\u00edly vyd\u00e1vat zbyte\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1 je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos? Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee nezanedbateln\u00fd. J\u00e1 jsem v prvn\u00edm t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed poctiv\u011b od t\u0159et\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce nejezdila a zhruba od \u010dtvrt\u00e9ho m\u011b nem\u00e9n\u011b poctiv\u011b bolela z\u00e1da. Ve druh\u00e9m jsem sice tak\u00e9 brzy p\u0159estala s aktivn\u00ed prac\u00ed, ale klidn\u00e9 vyj\u00ed\u017e\u010fky a vych\u00e1zky na spolehliv\u00e9m koni jsem si u\u017e\u00edvala skoro a\u017e do konce \u2013 z\u00e1da fakt nebolela!<\/p>\n<p>A co je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, podle v\u00fdzkum\u016f kontakt s ko\u0148mi m\u016f\u017ee prosp\u011bt i nenarozen\u00e9mu miminku. Alergie je metla modern\u00ed doby a kon\u011b a prost\u0159ed\u00ed st\u00e1je p\u0159edstavuje obrovsk\u00e9 hn\u00edzdo alergen\u016f. Pokud jste alergick\u00e9, by\u0165 v mal\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e, a um\u00edte s t\u00edm \u017e\u00edt, v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed to nepokou\u0161ejte. I kdy\u017e u v\u00e1s se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 reakce nedostav\u00ed, va\u0161e t\u011blo o alergenu v\u00ed a uv\u011bdomuje o riziku i vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m d\u011b\u0165\u00e1tka. Ov\u0161em pokud alergici nejste, pak sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ed alergi\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe ochr\u00e1n\u00edte pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee se budete pohybovat mezi zv\u00ed\u0159aty a v prost\u0159ed\u00ed, bohat\u00e9m na alergeny. Je to u\u017e hodn\u011b d\u00e1vno (tak\u017ee bohu\u017eel neuvedu podrobnosti), co jsem \u010detla v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu, kde se srovn\u00e1valy alergick\u00e9 projevy d\u011bt\u00ed nealergick\u00fdch matek podle toho, v jak\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed matka v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed pob\u00fdvala. Zjistilo se, \u017ee prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u201estatku\u201c bylo z tohoto hlediska \u00fapln\u011b nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pravda je, \u017ee mnoho jezdky\u0148, zejm\u00e9na drezurn\u00edch na na\u0161\u00ed i sv\u011btov\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u011b, jezdila dlouh\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce. M\u00e1me v \u017eiv\u00e9 pam\u011bti Alenu Zeusovou nebo Hanu Va\u0161\u00e1ryovou, kter\u00e1 se v roce 2007 stala mistryn\u00ed\u010cR v p\u00e1t\u00e9m m\u011bs\u00edci t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Pod\u00edv\u00e1me-li se na sv\u011btovou \u0161pi\u010dku, nen\u00ed to jinak, sta\u010d\u00ed zm\u00ednit ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed Isabel Werth. Od n\u011bkter\u00fdch jezdky\u0148 je sly\u0161et, \u017ee jim t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed v je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed i pomohlo \u2013 zlep\u0161ilo cit pro hudbu nebo pro samotn\u00e9 kon\u011b. Je pravda, \u017ee t\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u017eena je mnohem vn\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a senzitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Mohou se j\u00ed proto d\u00edky tomu da\u0159it v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 byly p\u0159edt\u00edm dlouho o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kem pr\u00e1v\u011b z nedostatku vn\u00edmavosti. Na druhou stranu tato senzitivita vede i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed labilit\u011b, co\u017e u ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed jezdkyn\u011b spolu s \u00fabytkem sil m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k roz\u010darov\u00e1n\u00ed, zlosti nebo (sp\u00ed\u0161e) l\u00edtosti. I kdy\u017e kon\u011b berete jinak opravdu v\u00e1\u017en\u011b, v tomhle obdob\u00ed trochu p\u0159ehodno\u0165te priority.
