V\u011bt\u0161inu z nich jsem si vymyslela nebo upravila, tak\u017ee jsou rychl\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 dobr\u00e9.:-) Pokud m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed, budu r\u00e1da, kdy\u017e se pod\u011bl\u00edte. <!--more-->Mimo n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 dobroty se d\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b t\u00e9\u017e vydlabat, naplnit n\u011bjakou chutnou sm\u011bs\u00ed a up\u00e9ci, ale to jsem je\u0161t\u011b nezkou\u0161ela. D\u00e1 se i norm\u00e1ln\u011b osma\u017eit na p\u00e1nvi, co\u017e j\u00e1 ned\u011bl\u00e1m, proto\u017ee se bez sma\u017een\u00e9ho obejdu, rad\u0161i pe\u010du.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka<\/strong><br \/>\nTu zn\u00e1 asi ka\u017ed\u00fd a kolik kucha\u0159\u016f, tolik recept\u016f. J\u00e1 (a hlavn\u011b moje d\u011bti) m\u00e1m r\u00e1da ten jednoduch\u00fd se zakysankou. Na m\u00e1sle s tro\u0161kou olivov\u00e9ho oleje osmahneme d\u00fdni (nakr\u00e1jenou nebo nahrubo nasekanou v robotu), pot\u00e9 ji osol\u00edme, podlijeme a dus\u00edme. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ji m\u016f\u017eeme celou up\u00e9ct. Zkou\u0161ela jsem ob\u011b varianty a rozd\u00edl mezi nimi nebyl velk\u00fd, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt m\u00e1 chu\u0165 samotn\u00e9 d\u00fdn\u011b. Kdy\u017e je m\u011bkk\u00e1, rozma\u010dk\u00e1me ji, pokud m\u00e1te r\u00e1di kousky, tak si tam n\u011bjak\u00e9 nechte. J\u00e1 moc neko\u0159en\u00edm, ale ob\u010das p\u0159id\u00e1m mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek a sko\u0159ici. Vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed na zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed je z\u00e1zvor. A ned\u00e1vno jsem zkusila p\u0159idat ko\u0159en\u00ed na \u017eeb\u00edrka na medu a l\u017e\u00edci medu (takto nakl\u00e1d\u00e1me nejrad\u011bji maso a zeleninu na grilov\u00e1n\u00ed) a bylo to tak\u00e9 neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b dobr\u00e9. No samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zakysanku, klidn\u011b a\u017e na tal\u00ed\u0159, ale net\u0159eba \u0161et\u0159it.:-) A \u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm ji doplnit na tal\u00ed\u0159i ne\u017e d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fdmi sem\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lipinska.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/extrasmall_img_2463.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-236\" title=\"extrasmall_img_2463\" src=\"http:\/\/lipinska.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/extrasmall_img_2463.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"252\" \/><\/a>Pe\u010den\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b s bramborem a anglickou slaninou<\/strong><br \/>\nNa plech na pe\u010dic\u00ed pap\u00edr rozprost\u0159eme ten\u010d\u00ed kole\u010dka brambor a \u0161up s nimi do trouby. Na druh\u00fd plech nakr\u00e1j\u00edme cca 1 cm tlust\u00e9 podkovi\u010dky d\u00fdn\u011b. M\u016f\u017eeme je lehce pokapat olivov\u00fdm olejem. \u0160oupneme do trouby k brambor\u016fm (tak\u017ee se pe\u010dou o n\u011bco krat\u0161\u00ed dobu). V\u011bt\u0161inou mi to vych\u00e1z\u00ed, \u017ee jsou hotov\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u011b, n\u011bkdy d\u00fdn\u011b o trochu d\u0159\u00edv. Proto\u017ee man\u017eel je maso\u017erout, j\u00e1 v mezi\u010dase b\u011bhem pe\u010den\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b na p\u00e1nvi na cibulce osmahnu kosti\u010dky anglick\u00e9 slaniny, ale nen\u00ed to nutn\u00e9. Po vynd\u00e1n\u00ed sesypeme do m\u00edsy (zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 brambory a zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u00fdni), nezapomeneme osolit, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b oko\u0159enit (j\u00e1 neko\u0159en\u00edm). V\u0161e potom p\u011bkn\u011b navrstv\u00edme na tal\u00ed\u0159, dol\u016f brambory, na n\u011b d\u00fdni a nahoru anglickou slaninu. Dochut\u00edme a ozdob\u00edme kope\u010dkem zakysan\u00e9 smetany, kter\u00e1 se prost\u011b k d\u00fdni hod\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 n\u00e1divka<\/strong><br \/>\nHmotu na n\u00e1divku vyr\u00e1b\u00edm standardn\u011b &#8211; u n\u00e1s 5 rohl\u00edk\u016f a 5 vaj\u00ed\u010dek, trochu ml\u00e9ka, n\u011bco zelen\u00e9ho (kop\u0159ivy, celer, pa\u017eitku, petr\u017eelku,..), uzen\u00e9 a osolit. D\u00fdn\u011b, nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na men\u0161\u00ed kosti\u010dky, p\u0159id\u00e1m zhruba tolik, kolik je t\u011bsta. Kdy\u017e je j\u00ed v\u00edc, n\u00e1divka nedr\u017e\u00ed pohromad\u011b a trh\u00e1 se. V\u0161echno sm\u00edch\u00e1me a \u0161up do vymazan\u00e9 a vysypan\u00e9 zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy a do trouby.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ku\u0159e nad\u00edvan\u00e9 d\u00fdn\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nRecept na n\u00e1divku je stejn\u00fd jako ten v\u00fd\u0161e, ale mno\u017estv\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed a nacpeme ji do ku\u0159\u00e1tka. U n\u00e1s je po n\u00e1divce velk\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka, tak\u017ee ji d\u00e1v\u00e1m nejen dovnit\u0159, ale i v\u0161ude okolo, co se j\u00ed vejde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grilovan\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b<\/strong><br \/>\nNakr\u00e1j\u00edme podkovi\u010dky tro\u0161ku del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na pe\u010den\u00ed (aby nepropad\u00e1valy grilem, proto\u017ee jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 misky nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m) a nalo\u017e\u00edme do olivov\u00e9ho oleje se sol\u00ed a ko\u0159en\u00edm. Dle chuti lze pou\u017e\u00edt sm\u011bs na grilovanou zeleninu, j\u00e1 nakl\u00e1d\u00e1m do sm\u011bsi na \u017eeb\u00edrka na medu a p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b med. Je to trochu sladk\u00e9 a chutn\u00e1 to v\u00edc i d\u011btem. V\u011bt\u0161inou nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jen u d\u00fdn\u011b, ale nakl\u00e1d\u00e1m i cuketu, lilek, papriku, n\u011bkdy cherry raj\u010d\u00e1tka.\u00a0 Grilovan\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b chutn\u00e1 podobn\u011b jako pe\u010den\u00e9 brambory (nebo bat\u00e1ty), je i podobn\u011b syt\u00e1, tak\u017ee je to ke grilovan\u00e9mu masu v\u00fdborn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edloha. Jedin\u00e9, na\u010d je pot\u0159eba myslet, je, \u017ee zelenina pot\u0159ebuje na grilu v\u00edc \u010dasu ne\u017e maso, tak abyste to m\u011bli sou\u010dasn\u011b, mus\u00edte zeleninou za\u010d\u00edt v p\u0159edstihu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zape\u010den\u00e1 zelenina<\/strong><br \/>\nPou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m, co zrovna zahrada dala, ale nejv\u00edc mi chutn\u00e1 dohromady d\u00fdn\u011b, cuketa, lilek, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b trocha papriky. Nebo pak t\u0159eba brambory, \u0159epa, mrkev, cibule, ale to je zase jin\u00fd recept a bez d\u00fdn\u011b. Postup je op\u011bt trapn\u011b jednoduch\u00fd, v\u0161echno nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kostky, d\u00e1me do zap\u00e9kac\u00ed misky, osol\u00edme, a lehce podlijeme sladkou smetanou. P\u0159ed dokon\u010den\u00edm je mo\u017en\u00e9 posypat s\u00fdrem, ide\u00e1ln\u011b mozzarellou (u n\u00e1s ale v\u011bt\u0161inou nen\u00ed a nikdo ho nepostr\u00e1d\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Om\u00e1\u010dka na \u0161pagety<\/strong><br \/>\nTohle je topovka m\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Osmahneme dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed maso na m\u00e1sle\/oleji, p\u0159id\u00e1me na kosti\u010dky pokr\u00e1jenou d\u00fdni, podlijeme a dus\u00edme, dokud nen\u00ed maso hotov\u00e9 a \u010d\u00e1st d\u00fdn\u011b rozva\u0159en\u00e1, co\u017e <a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/extrasmall_dyne.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"extrasmall_dyne\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/extrasmall_dyne.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"215\" \/><\/a>tvo\u0159\u00ed tu om\u00e1\u010dku. M\u016f\u017eeme j\u00ed trochu pomoci ma\u010dk\u00e1tkem na brambory, ale kousky nevad\u00ed. P\u0159id\u00e1me smetanu (sladkou nebo zakysanou, jak je libo) dle chuti, dosol\u00edme, prova\u0159\u00edme.<br \/>\nNarozd\u00edl od p\u0159edchoz\u00edho receptu tady potom na tal\u00ed\u0159i nezapomeneme na s\u00fdr, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me r\u00e1di, proto\u017ee ke \u0161paget\u00e1m pat\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e1 pseudo-sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1<\/strong><br \/>\nNev\u00edm, jestli nen\u00ed rouh\u00e1n\u00ed naz\u00fdvat tuto om\u00e1\u010dku &#8222;sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1&#8220;, proto\u017ee je oproti n\u00ed primitivn\u00ed, ale opravdu je j\u00ed velmi podobn\u00e1, m\u00e1 jen trochu &#8222;ko\u0159en\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&#8220; chu\u0165 d\u00fdn\u011b. Jako u ka\u017ed\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky je z\u00e1klad m\u00edt dobr\u00e9 maso, kter\u00e9 na pl\u00e1tky osmahneme na cibulce. Stejn\u011b jako u receptu v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159id\u00e1me na kosti\u010dky pokr\u00e1jenou d\u00fdni, osol\u00edme, podlijeme a dus\u00edme, dokud nen\u00ed maso hotov\u00e9 a d\u00fdn\u011b z v\u011bt\u0161iny rozva\u0159en\u00e1. Potom maso vyjmeme, Om\u00e1\u010dku rozmixujeme, p\u0159id\u00e1me sladkou smetanu a prova\u0159\u00edme. Nep\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me \u017e\u00e1dnou jinou zeleninu a pokud je d\u00fdn\u011b dobr\u00e1, nepot\u0159ebujeme ani jin\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zape\u010den\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b s masem, brambory a cuketou a la Hanka<\/strong><br \/>\nDo zap\u00e9kac\u00ed misky na dno naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso, pokr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na mal\u00e9 kousky. Na n\u011bj p\u0159ijde vrstva d\u00fdn\u011b a cukety (tak\u00e9 na mal\u00e9 kousky), horn\u00ed vrstvu tvo\u0159\u00ed brambory. Zalijeme sladkou smetanou (ale ne moc, proto\u017ee i cuketa pust\u00ed dost \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy) a pod alobalem pe\u010deme cca hodinu. Na konci m\u016f\u017eeme odkr\u00fdt, pokud m\u00e1me r\u00e1di k\u0159upav\u00e9 brambory, nebo posypat nastrouhan\u00fdm s\u00fdrem.<\/p>\n<p>A bonusov\u00fd recept bez d\u00fdn\u011b, ale s lilkem, abych ho nezapomn\u011bla \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<strong>Lilkov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka na \u0161pagety<\/strong><br \/>\nNa cibulce osmahneme mlet\u00e9 maso. K n\u011bmu p\u0159id\u00e1me na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd lilek (resp. dva) a dus\u00edme. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu p\u0159id\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b cca 3-4 st\u0159edn\u00ed raj\u010data a \u010desnek dle chuti, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b cuketu, m\u00e1me-li. P\u0159ed koncem du\u0161en\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak (nebo m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edsto \u010derstv\u00fdch pou\u017e\u00edt konzervovan\u00e1 raj\u010data a pak je to bez protlaku).
