Pov\u00eddat budeme o tom, jak na lon\u017ei d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ipravit na samostatn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 o vod\u011bn\u00ed, zat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed a oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equichannel.cz\/data\/imgs\/00092929m.jpg\" alt=\"cval\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>P\u0159i optim\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdvoji d\u011btsk\u00e9ho jezdeck\u00e9ho embrya se od ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho vozen\u00ed dle z\u00e1jmu a schopnost\u00ed d\u00edtka postupn\u011b p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed k lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le vysta\u010d\u00edte s lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm, t\u00edm d\u00e9le se d\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee soust\u0159edit pouze na sebe a sv\u016fj sed a nezat\u011b\u017euje se veden\u00edm kon\u011b. Z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 tak jistotu, rovnov\u00e1hu a z\u00e1klady sedu, na kter\u00fdch m\u016f\u017ee stav\u011bt po cel\u00fd sv\u016fj dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj. Proto na osamostatn\u011bn\u00ed nesp\u011bchejte. Bohu\u017eel d\u011bti\u010dky jsou pon\u011bkud neuv\u011bdom\u011bl\u00e9, tak\u017ee jen co z\u00edskaj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pocit jistoty, u\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inou sly\u0161\u00edte \u201ej\u00e1 u\u017e chci \u0159\u00eddit sama&#8220; nebo taky \u201ekdy u\u017e m\u011b z t\u00e9 lon\u017ee kone\u010dn\u011b pust\u00ed\u0161??&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se dnes pod\u00edv\u00e1me na p\u0159\u00edpravu k samostatn\u00e9mu je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee se s lon\u017e\u00ed rozlou\u010d\u00edme. Naopak, na lon\u017e budeme odkazovat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b a v z\u00e1v\u011bru m\u011bs\u00edce se m\u016f\u017eete t\u011b\u0161it na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00edl, v\u011bnovan\u00fd cvi\u010den\u00ed na lon\u017ei a z\u00e1klad\u016fm volti\u017ee (bylo by asi vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ho za\u0159adit nyn\u00ed, ale z technick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f to mus\u00edme prohodit).<\/p>\n<p>Lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed jen pr\u00e1ce na sedu. Tou to sice za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, ale mus\u00edme d\u00edtko zam\u011bstnat a motivovat. Krom\u011b her s vlastn\u00edm t\u011blem jej nejv\u00edce pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e to zv\u00ed\u0159e pod nimi jen neb\u011bh\u00e1 jako trena\u017eer, ale prov\u00e1d\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 cviky &#8211; obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud na nich m\u00e1 svou z\u00e1sluhu. Je spousta cvik\u016f, kter\u00e9 se na lon\u017ei s d\u00edt\u011btem daj\u00ed d\u011blat a d\u00edt\u011b se je m\u016f\u017ee postupn\u011b u\u010dit. P\u0159echody, z\u00e1klady ohnut\u00ed a stranov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce&#8230; vlastn\u011b prakticky skoro v\u0161e.[1] Za\u010dnete t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u00e1v\u00e1te pom\u016fcky vy a d\u00edt\u011b jen sed\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se nau\u010d\u00ed sed\u011bt v klusu, p\u0159idejte p\u0159echody, jak mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi chody, tak mezi ruchy v klusu. Ptejte se, a\u0165 po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 &#8211; kolik krok\u016f k\u016f\u0148 ud\u011blal v kroku p\u0159ed naklus\u00e1n\u00edm? A kolik klusov\u00fdch p\u0159ed op\u011btovn\u00fdm p\u0159echodem do kroku? \u201eSl\u00edbila jsem p\u0159echody po deseti kroc\u00edch, povedlo se mi to dodr\u017eet?&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equichannel.cz\/data\/imgs\/00092930m.jpg\" alt=\"klus\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>Prodlou\u017een\u00ed a zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed klusu a cvalu je velmi dobr\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed pro rovnov\u00e1hu. Na p\u00e1r krok\u016f prodlou\u017eit je zpo\u010d\u00e1tku docela dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed, ale \u010dasem to ne\u010din\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. Kdy\u017e d\u00edt\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee udr\u017eet v p\u0159echodech uvoln\u011bn\u00fd sed a nikam nepad\u00e1 (co\u017e je zpravidla velmi brzy), m\u016f\u017eeme mu vysv\u011btlit pom\u016fcky a vy\u017eadovat spolupr\u00e1ci. Nep\u016fjde to hned, koordinace cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla je docela t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 a k\u016f\u0148 velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nebude t\u00e1pav\u00e9 pom\u016fcky \u201ebr\u00e1t&#8220; (zejm\u00e9na kdy\u017e d\u00edt\u011b nebude m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b v ruk\u00e1ch ot\u011b\u017ee), ale od toho jsme na druh\u00e9m konci lon\u017ee my a pom\u016f\u017eeme. <strong>Pokud (d\u00edky na\u0161\u00ed nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 pomoci) d\u00edt\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1 zku\u0161enost, \u017ee kon\u011b lze ovl\u00e1dat pouze sedem bez ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed, vyhne se tak do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu ko\u010d\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u011b rukama a tah\u00e1n\u00ed za hubu<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 je tak \u010dast\u00e9 u d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jezd\u00ed rovnou samy a pon\u00edk je nerespektuje. Tedy zlozvyku, kter\u00fd se posl\u00e9ze \u0161patn\u011b odnau\u010duje.<\/p>\n<p>U m\u00edrn\u011b pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho d\u00edtka (kter\u00e9 ji\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee dob\u0159e sed\u011bt ve v\u0161ech chodech a spolupracuje s n\u00e1mi v p\u0159echodech) m\u016f\u017eeme lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed (a pr\u00e1ci na ruce) o\u017eivit i o z\u00e1klady oh\u00fdbac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Op\u011bt, <strong>zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nech\u00e1me d\u00edt\u011b jen sed\u011bt a c\u00edtit. Je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby se nau\u010dilo spr\u00e1vn\u011b c\u00edtit<\/strong>. Jak\u00fd je pocit na spr\u00e1vn\u011b ohnut\u00e9m koni? Je to jin\u00e9 ne\u017e kdy\u017e mu jen ohneme krk a t\u011blem kr\u00e1\u010d\u00ed rovn\u011b? Pozn\u00e1 d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159i ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed, zda se k\u016f\u0148 zadn\u00ed nohou podkro\u010dil nebo jen dokra\u010duje? Pozn\u00e1, kdy byl je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce ohnut\u00fd a kdy se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vyrovn\u00e1vat? D\u011bti jsou p\u0159irozen\u011b mnohem senzitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dosp\u011bl\u00ed (my m\u00e1me tendence \u0159\u00eddit se sp\u00ed\u0161e rozumem), je proto vhodn\u00e9 t\u00e9to p\u0159ednosti vyu\u017e\u00edt a maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ji rozvinout. Kdy\u017e v\u00edte, co p\u0159esn\u011b chcete c\u00edtit (tedy jak to m\u00e1 b\u00fdt spr\u00e1vn\u011b), je potom mnohem snaz\u0161\u00ed toho dos\u00e1hnout. Na lon\u017ei m\u016f\u017eete zmen\u0161ovat a zv\u011bt\u0161ovat kruh, ustupovat na hole\u0148, na ruce potom zkusit ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed pod\u00e9l st\u011bny nebo na diagon\u00e1le nebo dovnit\u0159 plec. Nyn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nejde o to, aby se d\u011bti tyto cviky u\u010dily samy prov\u00e1d\u011bt, na to je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy, ale o rozvoj jejich c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed, tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u00fdbac\u00edho sedu a rytmick\u00e9ho pob\u00edzen\u00ed zadn\u00ed nohy a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm, z\u00e1bavu a o\u017eiven\u00ed hodiny. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161ujete gymnastick\u00e9 schopnosti kon\u011b (resp. pon\u00edka) a p\u0159ipravujete ho na vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto cvik\u016f pozd\u011bji i bez va\u0161\u00ed asistence.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equichannel.cz\/data\/imgs\/00092931m.jpg\" alt=\"ustupka\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><strong>P\u0159i samotn\u00e9m u\u010den\u00ed nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u0161e nejprve uk\u00e1zat<\/strong>. Dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad je zkusit si v\u0161e nane\u010disto na zemi. \u010cast\u00fd probl\u00e9m nejen d\u011bt\u00ed je, \u017ee daj\u00ed pom\u016fcku a hole\u0148 (nebo ruku) tam nechaj\u00ed. Tedy cht\u011bj\u00ed naklusat, zm\u00e1\u010dknou a dr\u017e\u00ed. Nebo cht\u011bj\u00ed zastavit, chytnou ot\u011b\u017ee a dr\u017e\u00ed. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke ztuhnut\u00ed kon\u011b i d\u00edt\u011bte. Je zpo\u010d\u00e1tku t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 jak pochopit, tak zkoordinovat, aby pom\u016fcka byla p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00e1 a n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 povolen\u00edm, i kdy\u017e ji k\u016f\u0148 t\u0159eba hned neuposlechne. Mn\u011b, resp. moj\u00ed dcerce, v tomto velmi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b stranov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed na hole\u0148. Jdu vedle kon\u011b s tu\u0161\u00edrkou, p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m kroku, kdy chci, aby se k\u016f\u0148 pod\u0161l\u00e1pl a ustoupil, se dotknu tu\u0161\u00edrkou (nebo nazna\u010d\u00edm). K tomu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m \u201e\u0165uk&#8230; \u0165uk&#8230; \u0165uk&#8230;&#8220; a d\u00edt\u011b ve stejnou chv\u00edli m\u016f\u017ee pob\u00eddnout holen\u00ed. Dob\u0159e tak vn\u00edm\u00e1, \u017ee pom\u016fcka se st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 s povolen\u00edm a v jak\u00e9m rytmu zhruba. Pak nen\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 k pochopen\u00ed, \u017ee i pom\u016fcky pro jin\u00e9 cviky nebo pom\u016fcky ot\u011b\u017e\u00ed trvaj\u00ed takto kr\u00e1tce a musej\u00ed b\u00fdt prolo\u017eeny uvoln\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h4>Za\u010d\u00e1tky samostatn\u00e9ho bloud\u011bn\u00ed prostorem<\/h4>\n<p>Kdy se m\u016f\u017eete odv\u00e1\u017eit pustit d\u00edtko z lon\u017ee? To z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed nejv\u00edce na koni, kter\u00e9ho m\u00e1te k dispozici. Ten mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opravdu spolehliv\u00fd a m\u011bl by velikost\u00ed odpov\u00eddat d\u00edtku &#8211; aby jej dob\u0159e zvl\u00e1dalo. (Proto tak\u00e9 tak\u00e9 ilustra\u010dn\u00ed fotografie k tomuto \u010dl\u00e1nku zobrazuj\u00ed sedmiletou hol\u010di\u010dku na mamutovi:-) &#8211; v hale, kde jezd\u00ed na pon\u00edc\u00edch, bohu\u017eel nejsou dobr\u00e9 sv\u011bteln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, tak\u017ee jsem ji pro \u00fa\u010dely \u010dl\u00e1nku musela fotit na sv\u00e9m koni, nen\u00ed to n\u00e1vod k n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed.) Ur\u010dit\u011b by d\u00edtko m\u011blo u\u017e velmi dob\u0159e sed\u011bt v klusu a cvalu, pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee by se k\u016f\u0148 na volno p\u0159ece jen rozeb\u011bhl. M\u011blo by v\u011bd\u011bt, jak p\u0159ej\u00edt z klusu do kroku, jak p\u016fsobit sedem ke zpomalen\u00ed kon\u011b. M\u011blo by m\u00edt z\u00e1klady oh\u00fdbac\u00edho sedu, aby dok\u00e1zalo kon\u011b vodit. Pokud ale ne\u017eadon\u00ed moc \u00fap\u011bnliv\u011b, v\u016fbec nic se nestane, pokud se samostatn\u00fdm je\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b po\u010dk\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equichannel.cz\/data\/imgs\/00092932m.jpg\" alt=\"sama\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>P\u0159echod by m\u011bl b\u00fdt co nejpozvoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, za\u010dn\u011bte t\u00edm, \u017ee si d\u00edt\u011b na lon\u017ei za\u010dne samo dr\u017eet ot\u011b\u017ee. (M\u00e1te-li k dispozici bezudidlov\u00e9 uzd\u011bn\u00ed a k\u016f\u0148 je na n\u011bj navykl\u00fd, je to v\u00fdhoda. Udidlo nen\u00ed nutnost\u00ed, ale ohl\u00e1vku z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f nedoporu\u010duji.) Nejprve za p\u0159ezku, postupn\u011b d\u00edt\u011b nau\u010dte p\u0159ehmat\u00e1vat a p\u0159ejd\u011bte na tzv. <strong>pasivn\u00ed p\u0159ilnut\u00ed<\/strong> [2]. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se jezdec sna\u017e\u00ed sv\u00fdma rukama n\u00e1sledovat pohyb ko\u0148sk\u00e9 hlavy a krku tak, aby se ot\u011b\u017e ani neprov\u011b\u0161ovala, ani necukala. Je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na pasivn\u00edm p\u0159ilnut\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdcviku jak mlad\u00e9ho kon\u011b, tak za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho jezdce. Teprve kdy\u017e vid\u00edte, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b je schopn\u00e9 s uvoln\u011bn\u00fdmi lokty n\u00e1sledovat kon\u011b na pasivn\u00edm p\u0159ilnut\u00ed a dle pot\u0159eby si um\u00ed plynule prodlou\u017eit \u010di zkr\u00e1tit ot\u011b\u017e, m\u016f\u017eete ho nechat kon\u011b v\u00e9st. Ne\u017e k tomu ale dojde, ov\u011b\u0159te si, \u017ee p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00ed, co m\u00e1 d\u011blat, kdy\u017e chce zato\u010dit. P\u0159i prvn\u00edch pokusech veden\u00ed po cel\u00e9 j\u00edzd\u00e1rn\u011b ho jist\u011bte lon\u017e\u00ed. A\u017e kdy\u017e uvid\u00edte, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b nem\u00e1 probl\u00e9m kon\u011b v\u00e9st po obvodu j\u00edzd\u00e1rny, ud\u011blat kruh, diagon\u00e1lu nebo od st\u011bny ke st\u011bn\u011b, m\u016f\u017eete ho z lon\u017ee odepnout, p\u0159i prvn\u00edch pokusech ale cho\u010fte pobl\u00ed\u017e. Beztak budete nejsp\u00ed\u0161e muset kon\u011b trochu korigovat.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed, co u v\u011bt\u0161iny kon\u00ed (nebo \u201epon\u00ed&#8220;) budete pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, je pohyb vp\u0159ed. Bu\u010f je ho moc, nebo m\u00e1lo. Bu\u010f se mu dop\u0159edu nechce, nebo se mu nechce zastavovat, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b oboj\u00ed. Do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ije\u017ed\u011bnost kon\u011b, ale kon\u011b nejsou hloup\u00ed a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zkus\u00ed, co projde. O to, aby neposlu\u0161nost nepro\u0161la, se mus\u00edte postarat vy, to zat\u00edm nen\u00ed v sil\u00e1ch d\u00edt\u011bte. Prvn\u00ed probl\u00e9m \u010dasto odstran\u00ed, pokud ned\u00e1v\u00e1te z ruky lon\u017eovac\u00ed bi\u010d a kon\u011b z rozumn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti \u201ejist\u00edte&#8220;. Dobr\u00e1 mo\u017enost je tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt druh\u00e9ho kon\u011b jako vodi\u010de. Na druh\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd je snad je\u0161t\u011b \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, se mi osv\u011bd\u010dil obrat proti st\u011bn\u011b j\u00edzd\u00e1rny. Zde pom\u016f\u017ee, pokud d\u00edt\u011b um\u00ed kon\u011b sestavit ven &#8211; n\u011bkdy to k zastaven\u00ed posta\u010d\u00ed, jindy je pot\u0159eba p\u0159idat hole\u0148 a kon\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b nav\u00e9st kolmo. Pokud to nezab\u00edr\u00e1, nezbyde, ne\u017e kon\u011b nasm\u011brovat p\u0159\u00edmo na v\u00e1s a \u201eodchytit&#8220; ho, nebo zap\u00edchnout do rohu. A zv\u00e1\u017eit, zda se nevr\u00e1tit na lon\u017e. Zastaven\u00ed je ale jeden z nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch cvik\u016f po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze, tak\u017ee p\u0159i po\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch samostatn\u00e9ho je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed jej p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neopakujte, a\u0165 neodrad\u00edte d\u00edt\u011b i kon\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Soust\u0159e\u010fte se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na sm\u011br veden\u00ed kon\u011b. K orientaci zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pomohou ku\u017eely a kavalety. Stavte slalom, uli\u010dku, m\u016f\u017eete i p\u0159ekra\u010dovat kavalety, podle toho, co v\u00e1s i kon\u011b bude bavit. Myslete na to, \u017ee <strong>d\u00edt\u011b nem\u00e1 moc zvl\u00e1dnutou prostorovou orientaci a nebojte se mu trasu vyty\u010dit<\/strong>. Tedy jezdit \u201eod ku\u017eelu ke ku\u017eelu&#8220;, pozd\u011bji kolem nich krou\u017eit.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee se i za\u010d\u00edt u\u010dit j\u00edzd\u00e1rensk\u00e9 figury, ale l\u00e9pe se s t\u00edm za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 bez kon\u011b. I kdy\u017e uk\u00e1\u017eete obr\u00e1zek, uvid\u00edte, \u017ee bude m\u00edt velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m je alespo\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b nakreslit (ten m\u00e1m koneckonc\u016f i j\u00e1 po letech praxe a v dosp\u011blosti:-). Je pr\u00edma si je nejprve na j\u00edzd\u00e1rn\u011b vyb\u011bhat nejprve vlastn\u00edma nohama nebo ozna\u010dit doma na stole \u010di na podlaze obd\u00e9ln\u00edk a proj\u00edt si je tam s plastovou figurkou kon\u00ed\u010dka. Kdy\u017e pochop\u00ed, jak m\u00e1 jet, m\u016f\u017ee i \u0159\u00edkat, co m\u00e1 v jak\u00e9 chv\u00edli na koni prov\u00e1d\u011bt.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>N\u011bkolik osobn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed na z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h4>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equichannel.cz\/data\/imgs\/00092933m.jpg\" alt=\"kruh\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>J\u00e1 jsem se v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch samostatn\u00e9ho je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed dcerky sna\u017eila maxim\u00e1ln\u011b omezit instrukce &#8211; abych ji nezat\u011b\u017eovala detaily a nechala ji \u0159\u00eddit se svou intuic\u00ed a pocitovou zku\u0161enost\u00ed z oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed na lon\u017ei. P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee jsem byla napnut\u00e1, jestli si s novou situac\u00ed jej\u00ed intuice porad\u00ed. Jedin\u00e1 instrukce zn\u011bla, aby se cel\u00fdm t\u011blem pod\u00edvala tam, kam chce jet a odd\u00e1lila vnit\u0159n\u00ed ruku od krku. Nezat\u011b\u017eovala jsem ji v\u00e1hou (domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee to je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 k realizaci i pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho a \u010dasto v\u00e1ha kon\u010d\u00ed na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b) ani pob\u00eddkami holen\u00ed, necht\u011bla jsem ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed rukou, aby se neu\u010dila kon\u011b tahat &#8211; pouze otev\u0159en\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed ot\u011b\u017ee m\u011blo zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159etahov\u00e1n\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed ruky p\u0159es krk hned v po\u010d\u00e1tku. Taktika se uk\u00e1zala mysl\u00edm b\u00fdt \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou, prakticky okam\u017eit\u011b se dok\u00e1zala s kon\u011bm trefit do uli\u010dky mezi kavalety, prov\u00e9st mal\u00fd i velk\u00fd kruh, od st\u011bny ke st\u011bn\u011b a diagon\u00e1lu. (Jak jednotliv\u00e9 figury vypadaj\u00ed, j\u00ed bylo dop\u0159edu vysv\u011btleno.) Nyn\u00ed zb\u00fdv\u00e1 jen upravit polohu vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed holen\u011b a v\u0161e nau\u010den\u00e9 zafixovat a procvi\u010dit.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou ale i jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, takto postupovala <strong>Dominika \u0160vehlov\u00e1<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<em>\u201eVych\u00e1zela jsem z toho, \u017ee moje klisna je nau\u010den\u00e1 na p\u0159ikl\u00e1danou ot\u011b\u017e &#8211; um\u00ed zato\u010dit na neck reining, na jednoru\u010dn\u00ed veden\u00ed &#8222;za p\u0159ezku&#8220;. Taky um\u00ed dob\u0159e reagovat na v\u00e1hu. Ani\u010dka se u\u010dila vodit kon\u011b tak, \u017ee chytla ot\u011b\u017ee za p\u0159ezku, bylo j\u00ed vysv\u011btleno, \u017ee kdy\u017e chce j\u00edt doleva, d\u00e1 ruce doleva a \u017ee t\u00edm vlastn\u011b &#8222;odtla\u010d\u00ed&#8220; kon\u011b krkem doleva. D\u00e1le j\u00ed bylo \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee se m\u00e1 d\u00edvat v\u017edy tam, kam jede, pro za\u010d\u00e1tek jsem j\u00ed \u0159\u00edkala p\u0159\u00edmo orienta\u010dn\u00ed body (ku\u017eely, kl\u00e1dy apod.), kam m\u00e1 jet a na kter\u00e9 se m\u00e1 d\u00edvat. J\u00e1 sama jsem chodila vedle kobyly s bi\u010d\u00edkem v ruce a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby (kdy\u017e ignorovala malou jezdkyni nebo j\u00ed nerozum\u011bla) jsem ji \u0165uknut\u00edm p\u0159im\u011bla j\u00edt tam, kam m\u011bla.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAni\u010dce jsem musela v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b opravit jen jedin\u00e9: aby net\u00e1hla ot\u011b\u017ee z\u00e1rove\u0148 dozadu, kdy\u017e zat\u00e1\u010d\u00ed, co\u017e velmi rychle a bez probl\u00e9m\u016f respektovala. Nejd\u0159\u00edve jsme chodily od bodu k bodu, pak jsem j\u00ed dala ku\u017eely do slalomu (d\u00e1l od sebe), m\u011bla mezi nimi kli\u010dkovat, pozd\u011bji okolo ku\u017eele ud\u011blat kruh. Ani\u010dka velmi rychle \u00a0&#8211; a sama! &#8211; pochopila i pom\u016fcku v\u00e1hou, naprosto automaticky se nejen d\u00edvala sm\u011brem, kam chce jet a d\u00e1vala t\u00edm sm\u011brem ruce, ale tak\u00e9 se tam v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b naklonila cel\u00fdm t\u011blem. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem b\u011bhem jedn\u00e9 hodiny zvl\u00e1dla &#8222;\u0159\u00eddit&#8220; kon\u011b, d\u00e1l jsme to pak pilovaly.<br \/>\nTe\u010f zkou\u0161ela jezdit u\u017e s ob\u011bma rukama &#8211; dr\u017eet ot\u011b\u017ee norm\u00e1ln\u011b &#8211; ale moc jsme to nezkou\u0161ely, tak\u017ee to j\u00ed zat\u00edm nejde.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na stejnou v\u011bc (tedy v\u00fduku oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u011b a samostatn\u00e9ho veden\u00ed do obrat\u016f) jsem se zeptala je\u0161t\u011b dvou \u0161ikovn\u00fdch maminek \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch juniorek (resp. v jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mlad\u00e9 jezdkyn\u011b), abyste m\u011bli v\u00edce n\u00e1zor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petra \u010cejkov\u00e1<\/strong> (dcera Lucie je n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobnou \u00fa\u010dastnic\u00ed M\u010cR, aktu\u00e1ln\u011b v kategorii mlad\u00fdch jezdc\u016f) nejprve polopaticky vysv\u011btluje spr\u00e1vn\u00fd oh\u00fdbac\u00ed sed:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSv\u00fdm t\u011blem se pod\u00edv\u00e1\u0161, kam chce\u0161 to\u010dit. Za pohledem p\u0159id\u00e1\u0161 ramena, m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 se oto\u010dit v pase a\u017e o 90\u00b0, tvoje ramena vedou ko\u0148sk\u00e1 ramena, tvoje ky\u010dle, stehna vedou ta ko\u0148sk\u00e1. Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ruka nab\u00eddne krku a t\u011blu mo\u017enost nata\u017een\u00ed, vnit\u0159n\u00ed ohnut\u00ed ky\u010dle, stehna jdou podle ohnut\u00ed &#8211; tedy opa\u010dn\u011b ne\u017e ramena. Holen\u011b or\u00e1muj\u00ed &#8222;zadek&#8220; kon\u011b. Ramena se nesm\u00ed naklonit, pas se nesm\u00ed prolomit&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bjak\u00fd tip, jak to podat mlad\u0161\u00edmu d\u00edt\u011bti, aby to dok\u00e1zalo v\u0161echno pochopit, aby to bylo straviteln\u00e9 a nebylo toho moc?<br \/>\n<em>\u201eJe pot\u0159eba to uk\u00e1zat. Klidn\u011b ze zem\u011b, vestoje s rozkro\u010den\u00fdma nohama, tr\u00e9nujte bez kon\u011b. Pod\u00edv\u00e1m se p\u0159es rameno a\u017e tolik, \u017ee se za\u010dnou to\u010dit i ramena. Stehna jdou opa\u010dn\u011b, tedy vnit\u0159n\u00ed hole\u0148 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 vp\u0159edu, vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se posune dozadu. A pak to zkou\u0161et na koni.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jana Rosick\u00e1<\/strong> (studnice v\u011bdomost\u00ed, dcera Kate\u0159ina n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dastnice M\u010cR d\u011bt\u00ed a M\u010cR pony):<br \/>\n<em>\u201eJe pot\u0159eba v\u0161echno vysv\u011btlit a hlavn\u011b uk\u00e1zat. Po\u0159\u00e1d b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 improvizovat a vym\u00fd\u0161let, jak to tomu d\u00edt\u011bti o\u017eivit a co nejl\u00e9pe podat. Necvi\u010dit dlouho, d\u011bti se vydr\u017e\u00ed soust\u0159edit kratince, tak\u017ee st\u0159\u00eddat aktivity, j\u00edt se t\u0159eba proj\u00edt&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eHodn\u011b v\u011bc\u00ed jsem u\u010dila v ter\u00e9nu. Utla\u010dit pon\u00edka na j\u00edzd\u00e1rn\u011b je pro d\u00edt\u011b probl\u00e9m, tak\u017ee jsme jezdily hlavn\u011b venku. T\u0159eba dovnit\u0159 plec se Ka\u010dka u\u010dila venku za kon\u011bm. Ale lon\u017e je stra\u0161n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, Ka\u010dka jezdila na lon\u017ei snad dva roky.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Co z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1? P\u0159edn\u011b to, co jsem psala u\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku &#8211; neopou\u0161t\u011bt lon\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle. I kdy\u017e u\u017e d\u00edt\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee samo kon\u011b vodit, m\u011blo by st\u00e1le jezdit i na lon\u017ei. Lekce by m\u011bla v\u017edy za\u010d\u00edt uvoln\u011bn\u00edm obou. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt proch\u00e1zka v ter\u00e9nu nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed, d\u00edt\u011b tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee pracovat s pon\u00edkem ze zem\u011b. Pak by m\u011bla n\u00e1sledovat lon\u017e, kde si d\u00edt\u011b zacvi\u010d\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u011b se usad\u00ed. Zbytek z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, co d\u00edt\u011b chce, bu\u010f m\u016f\u017eete vymyslet n\u011bjakou zaj\u00edmavou aktivitu na lon\u017ei (h\u00e1zen\u00ed m\u00ed\u010dem, dr\u017een\u00ed kel\u00edmku s vodou, je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed pozadu, ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed se na koni za pohybu nebo cokoli, co v\u00e1s napadne) nebo m\u016f\u017eete chv\u00edli nechat d\u00edt\u011b vodit kon\u011b samostatn\u011b, op\u011bt nejl\u00e9pe za pomoci pom\u016fcek nebo n\u00e1pad\u016f na zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 aktivity.<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u00e1 z\u00e1sada \u017ee \u201e<strong>uk\u00e1zan\u00e1 plat\u00ed<\/strong>&#8222;. A \u017ee nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 cht\u00edt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed najednou.
